Limpio, moderno y bonito. Fuimos con bebe y una se?ora mayor y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy amable personal. Tener en cuenta que hay 2 escalones en la entrada del edificio, podiamos subirlos con el cochecito pero se complicaría para alguien en silla de ruedas.

Front desk was very helpful and stored our luggage prior to check in. Location was wonderful!

The staff was very helpful. Location was great for exploring the city. Bakery two doors down. Outdoor market in walking distance.

This hotel is fine though lacks ambiance/character. Parking in the area is a bit hard to get to and expensive so using transit in Porto generally is advisable.
Our room was clean and comfortable but lots of street noise on a Saturday night with the windows open. Tiny elevator and cleaning carts stored in the halls-kind if felt like you were staying in a garage. This changed when you got to your room though-it was quite nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Had a superb stay at The Gate! Clean, comfortable room. Easy walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. Especially Hillary was outstanding. She was so kind and always there when we needed some help. The location is excellent and close to the market, restaurants, and stations. Although it’s right in the busy part of Porto, their sound proof is great and it was very quiet inside. Very simple room and no fridge. The staff kindly put our wine in the kitchen fridge for us though.

位置优越 ，步行至各景点也方便，房间有蚊子，墙上有蚊子的尸体，不衞生，床对着厠所门，感觉不卫生，服务员服务良好。

Everything is nice. Location, room size, bed, and shower is superb

好处:地点非常方便，近san bento station，有心理准备要上斜路，整洁，空间很大，有小露台，储物挂衣空间不错，水很大枝
坏处: 住了二晚，其中一晚楼下载歌载舞非常嘈吵，另一晚又没有吵
欧洲酒店没有面纸供应，要自备
