Based on my personal experience, the overall standard of the hotel was below expectations and did not align with what is generally expected from a five-star property.
The room quality fell short of four-star standards in terms of comfort and overall condition.
In addition, the hotel does not appear to offer certain facilities commonly expected at this level, such as a gym, spa, or a clearly defined lobby, which affected the overall value for money.

sono appena tornata da questo hotel. accoglienza impeccabile camera altrettanto. in camera solo acqua minerale senza scelta. colazione da hotel a 2 stelle. senza menu, senza variazioni di dolci. cappuccino piccolissimo freddo. senza nutella. 1 bustina di zucchero mi dispiace, ma un 5 stelle questi errori non se li può permettere.

Путешествовали по Риму с семьей . Сняли 2 смежных номера для отдыха с детьми . Все было замечательно. Приветливый персонал , заселили нас раньше, тк всю ночь летели и очень устали. Хорошие номера , удобная кровать . Замечательное расположение возле Пьяца Пополо. Обильный завтрак

Everything was good, except room service for food limited time to order untill 11:00 pm, usually 5 stars hotel have 24 hours room service food

A lovely gem. Stayed in the deluxe suite with hot tub. Enjoyed the colours and interior very much. Stunning balcony with a view. There was no 24h Room service, but the little restaurant was very good. Delicious a la carte breakfast. Nice ambience. Loved the Little present (homemade marmelade) we got on check oit. It was delicious! Highly recommended for couples.

First time here, me and wife stayed for 4 nights, mid May17, booked through the hotel directly and made sure it's the suite with balcony, cause there's only one room 207. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, i gave it 4* for a reason, and to be fair will mention the good and the not, here we go Good: very nice helpful staff, walking distance from major attractions and shopping and major brands. designer boutique layout spacious room and bathroom 4 course breakfast, served up to table, including a la carte any style eggs. affordable when compared to other 5star hotels nice bathrobes and good range of toiletries fruit basket each day Gift at checkout oversized bathtub but can be dangerous for elderly people. The Not: no tea / coffee making facilities no weight scale in the whole hotel specific room 207 (suite with terrace), balcony useless to stay in due to the "hoover" noise/smell coming from the kitchen exhaust fans one the side of the building. hard as rock sofa one tiny garbage bin for the whole room &bathroom. useless and obstructive "art"child car behind the tv stand fridge placed in the wardrobe uncomfortable balcony chairs, no back support. What made me give 4 stars; is waking up early everyday due to crackling noises coming from the closet outside of the room, which was the housekeeping / laundry room, you know it's the housekeeping staff starting their work schedule..

In ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza del Popolo, possibilità di lasciare l'auto all'interno. Poche camere, molto curato, pulito, piacevole arredamento, gentile il servizio reception. Suite splendida con vasca idromassaggio all'interno di un bagno spazioso, bellissimo terrazzino. Bella l'idea di far trovare alcuni libri sugli scaffali. Macchina del caffè con cialde, cassaforte, armadio spazioso. Colazione comoda, non eccessiva ma piacevole. Piccolo neo: i pan cakes "improvvisati ". Assolutamente consigliato.

Hotel in posizione eccellente, fuori dalla ZTL ma a due passi dalle porte di piazza del popolo. Stile un po’ newyorkese, parquet scuro e lampade minimali, personale vestito di nero in modo informale. Aree comuni molto limitate, camere ampie e arredare con stile. Bagno bellissimo con finestra e doccia ampia e comoda. Colazione non molto fornita, interamente servita al tavolo del ristorante, in un ambiente ricercato con luci soffuse e musica jazz. Segnalo rumori durante la notte, sia nell’hotel che dalla strada.
