Оплатив номер Супериор Мажонете нам при въезде дали совершенно другой номер, в два раза дешевле нашего. Через две ночи только нам всё же дали то что мы заказывали. Почти то. В указанном номере обещана и микроволновая печь, и диван. Но и этого в номере не было. Номер был похож на Мажонете Лофт. Еда на завтрак и ужин однообразная, выбор не велик. Так как у нас было не всё включено, то напитки на ужин (кола, фанта и т.д) запрещены, можно только воду. Но они и воду не давали. Подавись едой, но своё питьё нельзя и воды тоже жалко. Особая благодарность Любе на рецепшене. Она супер! И всегда готова помочь.
Rooms were very small. Room had a terrible smell. Smelled like a rat had died in the walls. Staff said it was the new paint and furniture in the room. It made everything we had smell terrible. Location was perfect.
Thank you for a nice stay at the hotel. Ladies at the reception were very helpful, especially Maria. The food was tasty (especially Tzatziki and Suovlaki). We consider staying in Crete successful.
My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable – clean rooms, good service, tasty food, and a peaceful atmosphere with few people around. A special mention goes to the bartender Lefteris, who always served drinks with a smile, and to Georgios, a very helpful and professional staff member. They truly made the stay even more pleasant.

Gezellig hotel met super vriendelijk personeel vooral Hirini en Leftiris die ons heel thuis lieten voelen. Zeer tevreden over ligging en eten . Enige opmerking een te kleine badkamer. Prijs / kwaliteit een aanrader
Hotel bien situé, cependant attention vol dans les chambres par les dames de nettoyage, du parfum , et l hotel ne réagis pas . Le nettoyage aussi pas fait régulièrement ni le changement des essuies.
Great location in the centre of Hersonissos. Our room was at the front overlooking the main road, however is was not at all noisy and we slept OK. I would recommend paying for the A/C though, especially in June,July and August. It is around €5 per night. We were on the All Inclusive board basis, and we were not disappointed with the food available. Plenty of choice every day and as my wife is Gluten Intolerant, the chef walked her round every meal time to explain what she could eat, there was always 6/7 dishes plus the salads. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the general manager (Spiros) was exceptional helpful and was great to chat to. Would we stay again? - Absolutely
