The issue we had was our room had over a dozen lady bugs on the ceiling when we arrived Told the staff they could not do anything about it offered a discount After we came back from dinner there were less but still there Other then that the place is very nice

It was close to places to eat and things to do. The inn has lots of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We arrived and no one was at the front desk; our key and room number were in an envelope on the desk. We found the room and let ourselves in. The deadbolt would not latch and I called to see if it could be repaired - and was told that no one would come and that they never use the deadbolt which was placed there by previous owner. Although the Inn was mostly empty they would not move us to another room. They would give us a refund and we could try and find someplace else but assured us that Jackson was a safe community and the door handle lock was sufficient; after driving hours to get there we decided to simply lock the door handle and barricade the door. The breakfast was great and the manager was friendly and helped with suggestions on what to see in the area. The room was large and comfortable. Water pressure was poor (we were on top floor). Overall the Inn was okay if more self-service than we would like and that reviews led us to believe.

My only complaint is that our room was on the third floor and no elevator so it was a little difficult for us as we are on our late seventies. Other than that, everything was great! The room was nice and breakfast was delicious!

Staff were super accommodating and helpful, everyone was so friendly. Always had snacks, drinks, coffee, water out. Hotel was so clean. I’m at another hotel now in village paying same price and it doesn’t compare.

High quality in good location Fabulous location in Jackson. Super comfortable room with excellent housekeeping service and turn down. Would have given 1 more star but I felt the front desk staff and concierge could be friendlier/welcoming/helpful.
