? Water issue one morning there was no water in my apartment and it caused a lot of delays since I had to wait till later for the issue to be resolved.
I loved the place that I extended my stay there. The rooms are very cozy with Lamu style furnishing. The gym is fully equipped as well as a nice spacious studio. The pool area is very pretty but the pool is a little dirty and would be better if there was a pool bed. The staff were super friendly. They were helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The area is in a very convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants along the same road and easy access to the Westlands, Lavington and Riverside areas. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back again.
Spacious apartment for a family stay
Stayed here for 2 nights with my family as part of a bigger trip to Kenya. The apartment was big and had lots of space for us all. There's a bar, swimming pool and restaurant on the site so was very easy for us to keep busy for a day. There's also a supermarket a short walk away.
Lovely staff- couldn't have been more helpful! The manager and front desk helped us book train tickets on our first day which was really great as it saved us oodles of time. Central location. Great design. Hot water and wide verandah. A little on the noisy side as it's on a road.
My second stay in this apartment accomodation with a total of 3 weeks. The rooms are tired and in need of reinvestment. If you need an overnight or short stay then they are functional and comfortable enough but the bathrooms are shabby and furnishings wearing out, plus wifi didnt work throughout the apartment as the router was in the neighbouring room. The Chumba bar and food was excellent with great service, a pleasure to visit, but the breakfast/ cafe part struggled with orders and was very slow. Housekeeping did not provide daily drinking water, infact only 2 small bottles for my whole stay. Also when they broke a piece of my expensive electrical equipment noone took responsibility and reception offered no resolution at all. My rooms were noisy on the top floor with constant gurgling/ running water from above and noise from the neighbouring accomodation including dogs.
the service was nice and I like the swahili ambience but i lost my beach cloth that was a gift during my stay and no one traced it until now ...you can do butter when it comes to keeping away from guests stuff.Excellent service mostly from the front officer and service team
Very fun place to stay, with very comfortable apartment and excellent service. The gym is worth the visit for its own sake.
