Amazing place, had everything required including balcony with amazing view. Perfect location great service. Very clean would definitely recommend.

Overall excellent experience. I like the place overall, excellent service and all the amenities were provided. Room was nice and clean with daily cleaning service. WiFi was bit slow but I can accept it as all other things were near to perfect. Definitely would stay there next time!!

Stayed at the Kinson Hotel in St Kilda Melbourne from Jan 10–12, 2026. The night-shift receptionist was completely untrained and unable to assist with basic requests. Our room was promised cleaning but was never serviced. No fresh amenities, no bottled water, and no help despite paying for a room that includes these.
We were even left without water when we needed it for medication. For the high nightly rate plus parking fees, this level of service is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to train their staff in basic customer service.

Very serene and quiet location but super convenient, tram station just 5 mins walking distance away from, accessible to city and many places.
Room is so big with 2 queen size beds, bed and pilliow are so soft, sleep extremely well. Very clean and well maintained room and basic toiletry provided. Big balcony with superb view
Self service laundry for free. May consider invest 1 extra washing machine-dryer set.
Receptionist is super duper friendly and patience in helping us with parking inquiry. The 3rd party indoor parking space is au$15 per 24 hour is considerably reasonable.
Almost a perfect stay. Suggest to include breakfast package.
