Large room and bed for a single person. Friendly and helpful staff.

Warm welcome, lovely room with sea view, good breakfast freshly cooked to order, convenient for station and town and very clean and tidy.
Even randomly met the owners in a harbourside pub - their son runs the hotel and is the breakfast chef . Truly a lovely family business.

Everything else was very good but evidence of black mold on ceiling of 2 bathrooms- needs attention

All good. Needed a convenient stop for my walk on the South West Coast Path and this fitted the brief by being good value, quiet and walkable.

The breakfast was completely outstanding and tied in with the overall ambience of the hotel made for a very pleasant stay. I would certainly stay again.

The hotel is in dire need of some TLC. The decor and furnishings are worn and not at all like the photos. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good.
