Nice hotel facing the lighthouse. The hotel interior is a bit old fashioned, but absolutely okay and well serviced. Super friendly staff and great view from the west balcony to the sea. Try the Tripa in the little hut in front of the hotel.??

This was a beautiful place. From the moment I walked in the door I was in awe. The views are breathtaking. Everything you need is there, just bring food and clothes! The outdoor sitting areas are conveniently located around the property to enjoy the scenery. The flowers stopped me at the door every time I walked in with their heavenly aroma. If you are going to Homer this is where you want to stay. Thank you for creating such a beautiful place.

Both the property and room were clean and well decorated. The room was cozy and had a great view. I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is gorgeous, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. We stayed in the downstairs room for the kids and had the penthouse suite for ourselves — a perfect setup for our family. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, and we were able to cook dinner twice without missing a thing. The views from the property are stunning and really make the stay feel special. Our host was very kind, responsive, and accessible throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Homer — highly recommend!

The place is so well styled and clean. Made our Homer stay so much better. Is very pretty and de vibe is perfect. Location wise is the best.

The Lighthouse was our base for exploring Homer for 3 days. It was all we could have hoped for—gorgeous views over Kachemak Bay from the large deck both day & night. A beautiful, light-filled comfortable space (with black out curtains for sleeping) with a well-equipped kitchen and a communal grill which we took advantage of to cook fresh salmon. We were graced by a visit of a moose family to the driveway. The Danny J boat trip to Halibut Cove was spectacular—the guides were great & informative, the lunch was first-class with the freshest seafood & we enjoyed walking the boardwalk. We hope to be back and stay longer in Homer.

Très beau site Site magnifique, accueil parfait, le personnel est très sympathique, la chambre spacieuse. Le changement par rapport à l’année dernière c’est qu’il n’y a plus qu’une bouteille d’eau au lieu de deux. Dommage que les attentions chaque soir soit les mêmes lorsque l’on aime pas la cannelle ni la noix de coco. Je trouve moyen que l’on rajoute automatiquement les pourboires sur les notes et pas qu’un peu, sur un séjour de plusieurs jours cela revient cher.

My husband and I spent three nights here. We stayed in the oceanfront studio with kitchen. Pros: unit is clean and spacious. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen appliances are clean, and it was convenient to make coffee. The bed linens and towels are nice quality. The view is outstanding. The outdoor decks looked nice. Cons: Uncomfortable bed gave us backaches. Flimsy bed frame squeaks. No sitting area to watch TV except in the bed. The bathroom vanity is small with a small mirror - no good space for both of us to store bathroom supplies. My husband used the kitchen sink. They provide a tiny button of bar soap for the shower, but there is no soap holder in the shower. The soundproofing could be better. We could hear the guests above us walking across the floor, climbing the stairs and talking. The gravel paths are not great for pulling a suitcase. Even if your unit is on the "first floor," be aware that there is a flight of stairs to climb. No ice maker or ice cube trays in the freezer. The pots and pans were worn and scratched teflon-coated. Fortunately, I didn't want to cook.

We stayed in the Penthouse for two nights and did not want to leave! The details put into the Penthouse were done with such thought, detail and love! Truly a Spectacular and Romantic Place to stay. We loved sitting on the Balcony watching the Otters, Eagles and different types of Birds. We came for our 30th Anniversary and my Special Birthday! A Beautiful and Memorable Stay! Josh and Liz were so kind and outstanding hosts! We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thank You Josh and Liz! Fondly, Gail and Steven
