There were hidden fees. $70 parking and $40 resort fee.
This is not the resort Hotel.
Parking is too expensive

Okay to stay. Comfort n convenient for food, shop arround. Safe to walk arround but not in night time

I think hotel desk staff need to be trained in hospitality.
Try borrowing an umbrella on a rainy day. When returning it, make sure to tie the string tightly, otherwise they will make a waving motion to instruct you.
For years, this hotel was the designated hotel for my company.
I will no longer be using it for stays or events as CEO.
The stay guest parking 1 night fee is $55

Los Angeles is big, so it is hard to say the location is convenient for anyone. It is convenient for the public transportation.
Extra charges for Amenity fees + taxes (US$ 35/ per day); but no free coffee in the morning, lol.
The interior designs look careless and unclean although staff may take extra effort to clean.

Horrible hotel, parking was $60 a night, and they left a brand new black plain shirt in the closet on purpose. We accidentally took it and got charged $40. Tried to return it ( tag still on ) as it wasn’t our intention to take it, ?hotel refused. It feels like they left the shirt there on purpose to trick customers. Hotel room was very small and old. Do not recommend at all!!

Great walkable location. Parking is very pricey (standard for DTLA).
However, I was charged $6.50 for a minibar Coke we didn’t drink. My son and I don’t drink soda, and we never touched the fridge. When I called, I was told housekeeping reported one missing and that they’d investigate. I didn’t get a clear resolution and decided not worth my time to keep chasing it.
Tip: At check-in, ask them to remove or inventory the minibar items (or photograph the fridge) to avoid disputes. Otherwise, BEWARE of minibar charges.

Room was ok but bathroom seems so small
And when you're shower, all messy.
They should change long shower curtains or glass door

Los Angelesの治安の悪さで、ホテル选びが难しかったが、韩国料理が食べたい理由でなんとかこのホテルを选びました。
思ったほど治安はよく、また近隣には韩国料理店が多く立地的には満足でした。
ホテルの部屋は小绮丽でしたが、部屋はあまり広くなくスーツケースを开くには苦労しました。
総じて満足のいくホテルでした。
