Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, I am pleased to hear you found your room comfortable, although I am sorry to learn it was too warm at night, all our rooms are fitted with air conditioning, we would have been happy to investigate this at the time should it not have been meeting your needs.I appreciate your comments in relation to breakfast, I am sorry the water wasn't hot enough on the first morning, and especially that your concerns weren't handled appropriately, This is not the level of service we aim to provide and I will follow up with the team to ensure it is addressed.Regarding the health questionnaire, we do ask that all guests complete this upon check in in case they choose to use the facilities during their stay, This way there is no need to return to the front desk should they change your mind, However I do understand how this may have felt unnecessary if you had no plans to use it.Thank you again for your feedback, I value all your comments as it will help us improve going forward.
