Top-notch hospitality with well-maintained, comfortable rooms and outstanding food. The lush green surroundings were truly a blissful escape and made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended!

Delightful stay. The fruit trees created an enchanting atmosphere. Vignesh the cook dished out an outstanding dinner and a sumptuous breakfast. Vimal and team ensured we were comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

I saw pics of this beautiful resort and booked 2 rooms for 1 night for a rest stop between Wellington & Nagarhole. I wished we could have stayed here another day or 2. It's a very restful place. Maybe another time. The Mangifera Bandipur is easy to find on National Highway 181 (didn't hear any traffic sounds at night). Just on the edge of Bandipur National Park. It is a sprawling property as beautiful & exquisite as its pictures. Fruit trees all around. I picked up a big fig from one of the fully laden fig trees. The guava trees were also overloaded. They have a huge mango orchard at the side and at the back. There's a clean pool which was clean even early in the morning when I walked around. The place is pet friendly with activities to keep you busy if you so desire. Or just relax. They have only 5 rooms. I had booked 2 Deluxe rooms, but on arrival 1 room was upgraded to Executive. Both rooms are interconnected. The executive room was more spacious than the Deluxe room. Both had comfortable beds, tea/coffee/kettle self-service & drinking water. On arrival our bags were taken at the gate and placed in our rooms while we completed check-in. We were offered delicious fresh filter coffee soon after arrival in the evening. We ordered dinner from their menu - grilled chicken, mashed potatoes & herb vegetables. We also had daal tarka (which was not on the menu), salad, egg bhurji & rotis. Interestingly egg bhurji had curry leaves which added a nice touch & flavour. Compliments to Chef Bala who does a great job. Breakfast was fresh fruits & watermelon juice. A tray of assorted baked items - croissants, Danish pastries, chocolate donuts and more. Eggs to order, chicken sausages, baked beans, hash brown & sautéed tomatoes. Lastly filter coffee! Next day we wanted to go on a nature walk however we couldn't do it as it had been raining & the area would be slippery/muddy and we unfortunately we weren't carrying an extra pair of shoes. I would stay at The Mangifera, Bandipur again at the next given opportunity. I didn't know this till a friend told me that "mangifera indica” is the scientific name for Mango! Rightly so, this property has a lot of mango trees!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff and chefs went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The kitchen team adapted perfectly to our food preferences and even mixed different dishes together based on what we liked — such a thoughtful, personalized approach that truly made us feel cared for. During our trip, we also visited a local temple on an excursion — it was an authentic and memorable cultural experience. Another highlight was the activities organized by the hotel: the team played volleyball with us, which was so much fun, and they also gave us bikes to explore the surroundings — a fantastic way to experience the area. We booked 5 safari tours, and on two of them, we were lucky enough to spot two leopards — it was incredible to watch these majestic big cats in their natural habitat. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any tigers, but it’s worth mentioning that we traveled outside of the peak safari season. Due to the monsoon, the landscape was lush and green, which made spotting wildlife more challenging — yet it also gave the jungle a magical, vibrant atmosphere. As for downsides, the rooms weren’t cleaned unless we requested it, and the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t always stable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations — from the hospitality to the experiences. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back one day!

Enjoyed my stay there. Totally impressed by the services by staff. They arranged for safari camphor can and made our experience seamless. Thanks to Vimal and Santhosh for it. The food was amazing and hospitality was first class. The chef Vignesh and support staff were very good and did regular check-in if we enjoyed the good and ambience, making us feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for this amazing stay experience,team!

I visited the hotel with my mother, who is a super senior citizen. The property is beautiful, and well located. It is a small place with six cottages, and very comfortable rooms. The staff were very courteous. From manager Vimal providing timely updates, to housekeeping by Prema, and the amazing food by chef Bala, our needs were very well taken care of. It felt like a personalised experience. Overall the vibe and atmosphere is very positive. I highly recommend the hotel, and hope to visit again.

Spent two nights here and it was a wonderful experience all through. The property is spread across 7.5 acres of farmland and has only 5 rooms. It's a very pretty property with a mango Orchard, and a variety of other trees. The rooms are well appointed and there is plenty to do on the property itself. If you are looking for a safari, the gate and ticket counter is just 500 m from the property so very convenient for early morning safaris. The staff is incredible, special mention to Murthy for his wonderful knowledge of the various birds and plants. Santosh for always going out of the way to accommodate requests, Vignesh and Head Chef Bala who made absolutely delicious meals for us and finally Rhythm, Hemanta for always serving us with a smile. Thank you team! We will be back for sure.

One of the best experiences we have had, the place is amazing, the food super fresh & tasty, & the location is just 3 mins away from safari zone. The nature walk by Mr. Murthy was one of the highlights of the trip. Will definitely recommend to one & all.
