Wonderful room in a quaint part of town. It's in a walking zone, so you'll have to park outside the area and take their golf cart in, but it's well worth it. Staff was very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

The property is charming and upscale. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The linens and towels are suburb. Our primary complaint was that the room is stuffy and we could not adjust the air conditioning which makes for a restless sleep.

The room was beautiful and the AC worked great! It seems they thought of every amenity. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast from the cafe down the street was a wonderful fresh buffet which had many choices. The shuttle from the parking lot was a godsend!

Timmy was fantastic….after we booked on line with ******* he called us within 5 minutes to confirm our arrival time and explain where to get picked up by the golf cart that drove us into the old city to the hotel. After he checked us in he ran our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs to the beautiful room. Timmy made us the best aperol spritz of the entire vacation and help us with our ferry reservation that we had struggled with all day. He suggested watching sunset from the church on top of the hill and made us reservations and one of the best and most unique restaurants of our lives (La Puntalina)
