Bon h?tel étape pour une nuit lors de la visite de l’Alsace La chambre familiale est spacieuse La salle de bains est équipée de tout le nécessaire L’accueil est très sympathique même avec une arrivée tardive Le petit déjeuner est plut?t bien servi et bon Seul bémol, le propreté de la chambre. Il ne fait pas être trop regardant dans les coins…

Stayed one night, excellent value including a generous breakfast. We had a large room, big comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. Everything was clean and modern inside, well done for bringing an old building up to date. We also had an evening meal, standard pub fare, but not expensive and great for both quality and quantity. Home made lasagne deserves a special mention. My only criticism is that the lighting is dim,both in public areas and especially our bedroom, making it very difficult to read. The bathroom was very well lit though, perhaps I should have sat in the bath with my book!

Das Hotel ist in Sachen Preis- / Leistungsverh?ltnis nicht zu übertreffen. Wer hier bem?ngelt zu teuer zu leben, scheint eine v?llig falsche Vorstellung von Hotelunterkünften zu haben. Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet und State of the Art. Wo noch bekommt man in einem l?ndlichen Hotel so etwas geboten? Das Frühstück ist angemessen für diese Hotelkategorie wobei natürlich man sagen kann, dass das Nachfüllen vielleicht unaufgefordert zu erfolgen h?tte. Aber ansonsten top! Das Personal war immer freundlich, kein Thema. Für uns ein Grund auch in diesem Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Spent the bank holiday weekend at the oaks got a warm welcome on arrival which was nice, the room was nice and clean and the bed was great had a perfect night's sleep,the food was great loved breakfast and the staff were all very nice and pleasant can't wait for another long weekend

Excellent stay. Great location at entrance to the town. Rooms well equipped, food great, and Sue and her staff were welcoming, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely recommend it

We spent two nights here. The bedroom we had was comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent. Easy car parking. Within easy walking distance of Alnwick would highly recommend

Auch wenn es Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist, das Essen war leider nur lauwarm und das Frühstück recht übersichtlich. Aber alles in allem würd ich sofort wieder buchen
