The good: comfy beds, very quiet room (in the courtyard at the back). Near to restaurants & Tesco for food. Good location. Not so good: the welcome (or lack of it), one tiny shampoo between 2, no conditioner or shower gel, very noisy extractor fan has a 30 minute over-run so using the bathroom in the night means everyone’s awake till the fan stops.

Lovely people, very welcoming. Met Harry (the most obedient Labrador in the world) some really friendly locals who were genuinely interested in our visit and great bar staff. Couldn’t fault the drinks or prices. Overall a great evening. We’ll certainly be back next time we’re close.

Great reception. Nothing was to much to ask. Very clean room. Doggie friendly. Free parking (a bonus). No breakfast option but no problem. Very central for evening meals. Would stay again. Great location for exploring the cotswold water parks.

Booked for one night as first stop on Thames path walk. Centre of town, easy access to Tesco’s for breakfast and Thai meal in the eve. Good value for money, stayed in one of the annex rooms and no issue with noise. Didn’t need anything flashy, just a decent shower and a comfortable bed, both of which we got. Dropbox key on departure, so all very straightforward. Can’t complain!

Great room, great location, good value, clean room, private car park. Pub slightly dated but overall would definitely stay again. Nice friendly locals and staff. Cricklade has a beautiful High Street, would definitely recommend a visit!

Great pub and beer garden (although no food, but The Cold Harbour pub 7 mins away is amazing). Great free car park at the rear. Room was clean and a great size, lovely white fluffy towels in the bathroom. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Room had a separate entrance to the main pub which was nice
