The Palms 402 From the first call with Larry to our last contact with Maria, Costa Rica Dream Makers answered all concerns and questions. It was so nice to know that Maria was only a phone call or email away. We appreciated the optional grocery and housekeeping services - to arrive with groceries in the kitchen was so nice. We were there for 2 weeks and opted for a full housekeeping service mid-way for $65. Well worth it! Transportation to/from airport and all excursions were arranged by Dream Makers. They arrived at or before the scheduled time and the vehicles were clean and large enough for the four of us. Excursions for the 2 week stay were fabulous (Monkey Mangrove, Crocodiles, Ziplining in Adventure Park and the Tortuga Island day). The most AMAZING part of the condo was the covered lanai. It is HUGE and had a table with 4 chairs and lounge chairs/sofa. I perfect place for morning breakfast and evening sunsets! The security is amazing and they called taxis for us to go downtown for restaurants, shopping or groceries. Usually $4-5 each way for the four of us. Elevators worked well and the access to the Croc's pool and tiki bar and grill made the trip even better. It was so nice to feel like you were at a resort, but could cook, wash and have great living space at the Palms 402. This was our first trip to Jaco and The Palms - a trip of a lifetime for these 60+ couples.
