Fabulous setting, wonderful hotel. The breakfast room looks out over the river. Its a short walk into town via the street or river.

Gorgeous hotel with river Thames views. Service was outstanding and there is free parking right in front, a rare thing in the UK.

Loved our room with a balcony, river view and just the right size. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The longe was peaceful, the dining room and service was excellent and the Bar lounge had a wonderful view over the river and a cosy place to be and meet friends. Everywhere was soo tidy and clean . We had a great stay and have come back home refreshed. Breakfast was delicious and do I g room was spacious and we were very well looked after. Thank you to everyone that made our stay such a happy and restful time .

From the moment we arrived we had a wonderful experience.
Jordan on reception was outstanding, looking after us, going above and beyond for my husbands birthday.
Our room was stunning, with every comfort, amazing views.
The Petersham is a little paradise on Richmond Hill, we will definitely be back.

I booked dinner for 7:30 but after checking in found out that the restaurant was only serving a limited menu with just a commi chef. This was very disappointing be use I could have been told when I booked the room and then another opportunity missed when I booked dinner…. All reception staff hid the factvtheir restaurant was effectively closed.

I wanted to go to Richmond because I’m a huge Ted Lasso Fan! This hotel was beautiful! The foyer area was decorated for Christmas. The staff carried our bags in for us. It is perked up on a hill and walkable to the town. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Felt very safe here!

Very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfasts, great service and what a view!! Would happily stay here again.

A very small room, one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. The heat was unbearable with no air conditioning or temperature control. I had to keep the windows fully open every night which meant constant noise because the hotel sits on the Heathrow flight path.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and was delighted that our room was ready 2 hours before check in time. Our room was spotless and a lovely size . We were very pleased. Had some lunch in the lounge
