The room was modern and clean. Parking at the back of the hotel was free. Service was good. Bar was open, but no restaurant - not a problem as lots of options locally. Only negative was the the floor/ceiling creaked whenever the people above moved around.

The room was fine. I think the photos online glorify the rooms slightly. Rooms were clean. Never had breakfast. Check in was friendly and helpful.

The place was very clean and nice. there was a problem with the king mattress. It felt like a bar was in the upper portion so we had to sleep in the other bedroom. But location was great.

Location was convenient - a little off the busiest part of the town but still walkable especially to the pier and restaurants.

Good location. Friendly staff. Traffic noises was be loud since our room windows are facing the main road. Noise proofing recommended.

Friendly check in. Very clean room and comfortable bed. I think it's just been refurbished Good buffet breakfast in the morning, excellent cup of coffee. Big bonus is the car park, a lot of places in Oban don't have this I'll definitely book into here next time. towntown

Located on a busy street, so noisy. There is no elevator, even though the hotel is of modern construction! Have to haul your bags up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. so NOT advisable for older folks. Front desk is only manned till 9PM. After that, there is no one to help you with any problem you may have - just numbers to call. Too minimalist for the price and for me to recommend to anyone.

We are always happy to help with luggage if it is required. We are a central hotel so unfortunately noise is unavoidable. All guests are giving our business card which has two numbers on it should you need to contact us outside of the manned hours.kind regards The Scot Team
