Stayed at this b&q for a few days with my wife. The premises are in a great position for both beaches. Our favourite was the north beach which is a ten minute stroll away. The b&b is pleasant with reasonable furnishings and decor. It’s clean and towels are provided. It’s an older building and has the typical charm of such a building. It’s difficult to make an old building completely modern. The owners have made a good stab at it. Personally I like the feel of an older building as it reminds me of holidays in the past. Staff are great. They are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the dining room is comfortable and reasonably spacious. Owner provides a parking permit for the duration of your stay and there is ample parking around the premises. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in an original seaside building then this would tick all the boxes.

Just returned from a three night stay at this lovely place. I have nothing negative to say about it. Family run hotel, nothing too much trouble for them.Hotel clean, homely, great position on front, parking and great breakfast. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thankyou for our lovely stay.x

Friendly and clean with excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from our bedroom. Irene and Ken were both very welcoming. Lovely bar area with a fridge to keep your own drinks in with ice machine and a selection of glasses to use. The breakfast was excellent with lovely service from the staff. All round yet another great stay for four nights. Thanks We would recommend to anyone. The stairs meant we could could have an extra ice cream and know we would burn off the calories walking up to our room.

Great stay, very comfortable. We checked in with the friendly owners who advised us about the parking (permit given), showed us dining area, lounge (fridges / ice machine), gave us the keys to room no. 8. Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:30 & is delicious with tea / coffee, toast and made to order breakfast. There are a selection of pastries, cereals along with fresh juices also. Bedroom very comfortable, we asked for a sea view & weren’t disappointed. Checkout is just leaving your key on the key hooks at leaving next to the lounge area by 10:00 on day of leaving. Would stay again & I am very picky.

Go 3 times a year great hotel and staff clean fab breakfast internet TV lounge you can keep your drinks in with glasses and ici central for all areas of scarborough in between bays and near town center

Best b&b in scarbados been every very since god know when and always made wellcome nice rooms great breakfast very handy for everything irene ken and family and staff really look after guests this is 3rd stay this year be back next year thanks to all

Family run hotel. Found them to be Friendly and helpful. Had a good, large room with sea view. Bed comfortable and room clean As withost older traditio.sl hotels the stairs were a little steep. Parking can be scarce.
