Thank you for taking the time to review us. As I explained after testing the tv when you had left, the tv in the lounge works perfectly from any chair in the room. When you called me for assistance, that was a failure to follow the written instructions, nothing wrong with the tv itself. The bedroom has a ranch slider and window that can be left open for air circulation. This room is one of our most popular rooms and we pride ourselves on maintaining this and every room to the highest level, we are sorry that the comfort of the bed was not to your satisfaction, its just not possible to cater to everyone's individual needs in this regard.

It was very unfortunate that your stay coincided when the builders had taken delivery of shingle and were spreading it around. Unfortunately this was totally out of our control, they do not liaise with us as to what work they plan on undertaking on any particular day, However the building is now almost complete.As we were fully booked we were unable to move you to a quieter room on the other side of the building.For the inconvenience we did refund you one nights stay.
