Such a lovely place, and close from the town. We walk to the town every day. The staff super friendly, and with great recommendations. The room super clean. I strongly recommend it.

My husband and I had a beautiful weekend! The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was keyless and self entry! Will definitely be back.

We loved it! Great atmosphere, the fire pits are beautiful. Very clean and nice. Everyone we met there was always very nice and it was in walking distance to the ***** so no complaints for us. We will definitely stay there again.

We had the most amazing stay here for the weekend! Kesha was the sweetest during our time there. She made the most exceptional drinks I’ve ever had! The room we stayed in was so nice! It was a little slice of heaven tucked away in the smokies. We will definitely be planning another trip back soon!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and will definitely be back. The room was gorgeous, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, with excellent temperature control that made cold nights incredibly comfortable. It was wonderfully quiet, and the espresso machine in the room was a standout touch. Check-in was completely no-fuss and seamless. Breakfast included fresh baked goods, which felt thoughtful and indulgent. The hotel sits on a hilltop by a creek with beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains—peaceful and scenic. The common area features a gas fireplace that’s perfect for relaxing and feels very adult-oriented, though it may not be the safest setup for young kids. Overall, a fantastic stay that balanced comfort, style, and tranquility perfectly.

Everything was awesome. The lady working there was beyond polite and helpful. The city had some construction going on but did not negatively impact our visit at all. They kept us up to date on everything and it’s fully out of their control if it had. We did leave early Incase the winter storm got worse but over all 100% happy with the visit and how easy the walk to everything was. It was nice to just park and forget the car everything was within a 10 minute walk. And the outside fire pits were a nice touch. Won’t regret your visit here.

Our stay at The Timber at Holly Brand was overall wonderful! The outdoor spaces, living areas, and bedroom were all well-maintained and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a great selection and served by friendly staff. The reason for my four-star rating is due to two issues: the bathrooms were not as clean as expected compared to the rest of the property, and the mini-split units (AC/heat) in the bedroom displayed an error code during the night, accompanied by a bright flashing LED light. Additionally, the mini-split system was somewhat confusing to operate, even with the provided instructions. We would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful stay! I highly recommend checking this local gem out. Within walking distance to downtown but just far enough away to have the quiet. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, great continental breakfast. We will be staying again. Perfect for couples or small families.

The room was very nice, very spacious and clean. It was hard to find the hotel, but a lady helped us ??. The only downside was the breakfast I asked for French toast and it was something that they just threw in the microwave. If I knew I would choose another place for breakfast.
