We were visiting family over the Xmas period, and booked The Valley without knowing to much about the place, but what a wonderful surprise, beautiful house ,warm ,clean and decorated for Xmas. Xmas presents we're left for every guest including our dog which was a lovely surprise. Could not fault the whole experience was a really wonderful stay, thank you very much .

We love staying at The Valley. This was the second Christmas we spent there. The house was beautifully presented with all necessary equipment. The staff put up a tree for xmas and left gifts for each family member. They were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We stayed for two weeks this time so had ample time to make use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and hot tub - wonderful! The house was lovely and warm and the beds were very comfortable. A great location for exploring both the North and South coasts. I highly recommend The Valley!

We stayed for a week over New Year. It’s such a comfortable and homely place to stay. We had some great meals out locally and a fun NYE in Falmouth. We will be back.

The holiday was incredible. Cottage was amazing - clean, comfortable-and added to this it already had things you need like soaps, toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc already there and we had packed them!The events for the week- Halloween week- were amazing and the kid loved all of them. The site was great the pool booking system was easy and pool clean and (most importantly) heated!Staff very welcoming and supportive. Also generous- gift basket for Halloween and one when leaving at no extra cost. Will be returning. Thanks for everythIng.

The house was clean, spacious and perfect for a family week away. The pool & hot tub were both a wonderful bonus, the hot tub was cleaned and arrived daily and the pool was always clean & easy to book. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Our only disappointment would be the restaurant which was empty both nights we ate there, very limited menu and bar offering - but as always very helpful and friendly staff.

As usual, the holiday experience at The Valley was excellent. The accommodation is well finished and superbly clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. It is so peaceful that it makes for a really relaxing holiday .

Fantastic luxury holiday village that can only be described as 5* throughout. Little touches like clotted cream fudge and Cornish shortbread biscuits on arrival and top of the range Villroy & Bosch Crockery. The beds were super comfy and the bedding was of a very high standard. Everything in our 2 bedroom Villa was spotless and we will not hesitate to recommend the Village to our friends and family. The hot tub was a real bonus. We did not participate of many of the facilities such as the pools and restaurant but that was because we were visiting local attractions like the Eden Project and Healey’s Cyder Farm.

Our first visit to The Valley but definitely not our last. The cottage was spotless, great layout with everything you might need. The main bedroom was large with a Juliet balcony and very comfortable bed. Made use of the indoor swimming pool every day. You have to book your 30 minute slot which meant you could really enjoy it All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. It’s all set in a quiet location, grounds were well maintained. Already looking at dates for next year

House was lovely and clean throughout, reception team very friendly, a great little stay for getting son settled in Falmouth Uni

Quality, super clean property and holiday village with swimming & other activities on site. Great location and customer care. Thoughtful touches inc oil, salt, toiletries, fudge, towelling robes and slippers. WiFi and Netflix etc. Comfy beds and bedding.
