We stayed in the Tamar room. A very comfortable king bed bed with clean en-suite and wonderful views from the room and from the breakfast room. Excellent choices for breakfast, including eggs Benedict/Royale. On the quieter East side of the town, so a 10m walk into the main part of the town, but there is a very good restaurant (Sardine Factory) and good pub (Jolly Sailor) close by. We are regular visitors to Looe and this is our first choice.

The B&B is in a great location. Breakfast was very good. Room very comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming at all times. Bathroom could do with some improvement - a towel rail that can be switched off and on rather than being dependent on the heating being on would be good, towels were sometimes not dry when coming to use them.

Stayed at The Watermark in early September, and couldn’t have been more happy about it. It’s a family run hotel, with fantastic service and a great breakfast. You’ll be greeted with warm, exceptional service that feels like a home away from home. The view from your breakfast table or from any of their rooms’ walkouts has to be the very best in all of Looe- fantastic views of the coastline and of the town. Also, and you can’t under value this- The Watermark has its own parking spaces right next to the hotel. This hotel just has a really good feel about it, and the owners will assist you with anything from reservations, to sight seeing suggestions, to whatever you may need help with. Price is very reasonable. Hope to stay here again.

We spent 3 nights in this small family run hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the owners could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. There were a good range of items on the breakfast menu including French toast and fruit which was delicious. The view from the breakfast room was beautiful. The hotel was conveniently positioned for access to the town but would not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Car parking was quite tight. I would certainly use again on any future visits to Looe

A beautifully located small hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very helpful. Rooms were spotless and we had a beautiful view across the harbour.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Watermark definitely one to go back to. Very comfortable amazing views of Looe. Family run hotel, excellent breakfast, thenk you.

Delightful small hotel with the best views of East Looe beach and Banjo Pier. Ten minute stroll to the beach, shops, pubs and great restaurants. Also very handy for the South West coastal path. We went to Talland Bay and on to Polpello. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast and tea and coffee facilities in our room. A chocolate left on our pillow every night, its little touches like these which we appreciate. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely time. Bedroom clean and comfortable with great view of beach and East Looe. Superb breakfasts. Family run by friendly, helpful and delightful people. Would recommend.
