We stayed from a Sunday to Friday. We had peace and quiet the whole week, just nature sounds. Just the break we wanted from the noisy city. The dirt road leading up the mountain needs a bit of scraping, but seeing a lot of wildlife leading up to the farm made up for it. The bed was a bit on the very firm side, but otherwise no complaints. The unit was clean, everything worked as expected. Lots of privacy, we hardly saw any people the whole week. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Thristy Falls provide a relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and it's just a short trip from Johannesburg. The accommodation is well suited for families or friends that need some quiet time, but also allow for nature to be part of your stay.

Really loved being close to nature, quiet surroundings and time to reflect. The hosts were attentive and respectful.

Lovely quiet cottage, surrounded by indigenous flora. Birdlife was great! Well kitted cottage, comfortable beds. All was clean and Jenny was a lovely host. Would certainly stay again, next time I am in the area.

For a city escape, Thirsty Falls is the most relaxing escape into the country. The peaceful surrounds is sure to rejuvenate oneself. Wake to the sounds of birds and the call of the baboons! :) Thank you Jenny and Alan - as always, you are the most gracious hosts.
