Great value for money

Room was very warm in a hot day, I had to climb three floors of stairs. Breakfast choices very limited and poor.

Center of Leamington Location close to Train Station. Public Car park just around the corner and on Street parking available a short walk away. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast included. Lots of stairs to get to the rooms. Certainly great value for money.

arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

We could t fault the hotel. We stayed there on a night out in Leamington. The price was very reasonable. We didn’t expect much due to the cost but we were pleasantly surprised. Kettle tea/coffee in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom. Fluffy towels. Mattresses very old though. Springs had gone but can’t say we were too uncomfortable. Road not too noisy. It even included breakfast! Would definitely stay again.
