With Three Mile Beach, it is so superb it's hard to know where to start when leaving a review! This was our second visit, having previously stayed in June 25. We loved it so much on our first visit we booked the January trip whilst we were still there! Both times we stayed in the fabulous Her Name is Rio, a three bed house. On our first stay this was a complimentary upgrade but after staying in it, and the vast amount of space, perfect for our Golden Retriever, we booked a three bed again. The two spare rooms were perfect for using as dressing rooms but there is no shortage of space. The whole house is light, airy, smells beautiful and is spotlessly clean. Every single thing has been thought of and provided, the attention to detailed unparalleled. It is also exquisitely decorated. The staff are beyond special, with nothing being too much trouble and the communications before you arrive and whilst you are there perfect. A beautiful book has been produced on the local area detailing everything you could want to know. During our June stay, with the longer evenings we ate out locally, and would recommend The Beach Restaurant at Carbis Bay Hotel, The Mexico Inn, The Old Forge, Birdie's, Porthminster Cafe in St Ives and of course the onsite restaurant Chomp (all dog friendly). With the darker evenings we had brunch at Lula Shack and evenings lit the log burner and ordered from Chomp, who deliver in the winter. We also visited the local pub, The Red River Inn, which was lovely. Outside of the house, the highlight is the stunning Gwithian beach and the towans. Our dog had the absolute time of his life on his two beach visits per day, the sand is golden and the sea is turquoise, it really feels like being abroad. Thank you TMB for another wonderful stay, we will be back at least once this year (to be honest as often as we can!!) It really feels like our home from home and as another reviewer stated, our happy place!

I haven’t stayed here yet, however I wanted to flag up the fantastic customer service I received. I made an error with my booking which could have resulted in me being charged for something I didn’t want. The lady I spoke to talked me through all of my options and resolved the issue brilliantly! Thank you. We look forward to staying with you in the future.

We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bed beach house over half time. The weather was pretty awful but that didn’t impact our stay as the accommodation was perfect. Spacious, well designed living area with an amazing kitchen- everything you’d need for a short break plus a huge hamper of local goodies! The outside space was amazing- a private sauna, hot tub and bbq. The staff were so helpful- they even unpacked our food delivery for us before we arrived. On site coffees, massages and a bar serving sharing meals. A short walk to the most amazing sandy beach. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place with amazing beach houses, superb staff and lovely beach bar. The house was spotless and the staff provided whatever you needed. We had early check in which was lovely and you can arrange Tesco delivery. The hot tub was checked by staff twice a day. The sauna was lovely. A great outdoor bbq with two outdoor eating areas. The kitchen had everything and a great welcome box of food. Even gluten free which they had realised when I asked for restaurant reservations A truly exclusive place to stay. The beach, dunes and surfing is great. Amazing cliff views and seals in the next bay. Easy to drive to. Super location.

They have just got it really right.... The accommodation was immaculate, high spec and had everything you could possibly think of (if not more). From beach towels and wind breaks to an amazing welcome hamper and having unpacked our shopping for us before we arrived. Chomp was lovely for a drink and quick snack The beach is a short walk away (maybe 5 minutes) and the views are incredible. In the evenings it is quieter and a beautiful walk during sunset. The team were always on hand and really helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the newly opened spa - Lily is fantastic and it is worth a visit. Couldn't recommend it more

Probably the best staycation we’ve ever had. It has the service of a 5 star hotel and the freedom of a villa/self catered accommodation. It has just about every amenity you could think of needing, the kitchens got enough to cater for several families in terms of cutlery/plates etc. Loved the gas bbq/outdoor kitchen. They’ve thought of every single detail, from safety for little ones to the materials of their furnishings. The staff are A* and go above and beyond. Shoutout to Lauren who made the stay extremely special in particular. I’m sure we’ll be back in the future!

We were upset as described three mile beach accommodation beach shack no sea view from shack you have to cross a road walk across a car park to get to the beach hot tub and sauna wee good not much food choices 5 night stay no clean towels or bed linen

Three Mile Beach is just perfect! Visited with friends for annual trip away. The houses are heavenly, they have thought of everything. It really does feel like a special place, the stunning decor, amazing facilities and incredible location. We can't wait to visit again.

There is nothing more we could have asked for. Every - single - detail was perfection. The rooms, the furniture, the furnishings, the comfort, the QUALITY.... I could simply list a million things that we loved about our stay. We could easily have stayed forever.

The most perfect stay! Faultless! Amazing! Incredible! Simply the Best! Located in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. From arrival to departure everything was exceptional. Can't wait for our next visits. This place really is unreal. Come home wanting to go back again!
