Pros: location
Consa:Room pictures shown are false advertisement rooms are totally different from what is shown in application very small rooms with no storage space or kettle or fridge
Bathroom has no door
Sewage smell in bathrooms
Jacuzzi is extremely dirty green water with dead insects floating on water it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months
Street is very noisy at night till morning

The location is convenient, close to Kimberley Street and Chulan. The service is generally good, but note that there is no reception available from 11 PM to 11 AM, making it difficult to get immediate assistance outside of calling. The water heater has limitations and can suddenly switch to cold water. If you need a good night’s sleep, this may not be ideal, as there is a bar downstairs and noise can be heard until around 1 AM. The standard king-size room is small and offers no city view. Cleanliness is acceptable, but considering the price, better options may be available. Additionally, if you have a lot of luggage or elderly guests, this may not be suitable, as there is no elevator.

Location is good but hotel is quite old infrastructure

Was expecting a more spacious room as seen on the display pictures. However when we get the room, the room looks very different. There was no door for the toilet, only a curtain to separate ur room from the toilet and shower booth.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tien Hotel in Penang. Its prime location was a major highlight, surrounded by an excellent variety of pubs and restaurants, creating a lively and convenient atmosphere. So many attractions, including great dining options, were within easy walking distance, which made exploring effortless. Returning to the hotel itself was always a pleasure, as the room was consistently comfortable and provided a true haven of relaxation. In particular, the bed was wonderfully nice, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after each day of adventure. It was an ideal base for experiencing the best of Penang.

Renovation ongoing and likely to be going on for at least a month. Was not informed before booking. The location is convenient but the room and shower are really small. One of the 3 rooms booked had a malfunctioning AC which was not rectified during the duration of the stay despite complaints to the staff. Won't be returning for my 4th time for sure.

场所は近くにレストランや観光ポイントが徒歩圏にあって良いです。ただ多くのBARが近くにあり、とにかく夜遅くまでうるさいです。ホテルのプールはメンテナンス中で使えません。大きさもジャグジー程度なので小さいです。全部で8部屋の小さなホテルでスタッフは居ません。チェックインの时だけ対応します。共有スペースに冷蔵库とかコーヒーセルフ等あります。ハウスキーピングはOKです。
