最好的是宽敞的衞浴，和卧房一样大。服务一般，员工提供讯息有限，附近没有自助洗衣店。床很舒服，周围有好吃的早茶店，中式饭店较多。

Lovely hotel with a convenient location with parking provided. The room was modern and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. However, the air conditioner was bad with noise during night. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I'd consider returning if I back to Penang.

Terrible & disappointed stay in Tien Terrace. I reserved a King suite unit but found that there is no air con in the toilet area, toilet area was separated from bedroom with a door, toilet area was like a sauna room during day time, and even at night. We cannot wide open the door in between otherwise hot air will influx to the bedroom area. Since there is no window in the bedroom area, so that means no daylight. This is misleading as website should state clear that air con in bedroom only. Due to the misleading information, I paid more but to have a super hot toilet. The terrible thing is the bedding condition which is full of unpleasant smell, just like very strong sweat smell. However, the hotel service hours is limited in hours, basically when I stayed on bed at night, no one can help to change the bedding or blankets or pillows . That night I couldn’t fall asleep coz that smell made me feel some other person was slept next to me. So, I changed to another hotel at 3am on the first night and not to return to that room again. I will not recommend this hotel.

服务不太好，因为比教晚抵达，所以柜台人员都下班，也没提前问我是几点到，好显我是第2次入住，所以主动联络，到了才给我说要自助check in ，那明明能提早就给我check in 的方式，才不用白白浪费时间等他们回，还有我订是分2次订的，最后一个晚上时，他们坚持要多收10令吉的税，但trip com 我已经付了，只需多付2令吉，柜台小姐跟本不听我解释，也不看我的订位显示，我还特别打给trip com 客服才解决，之后柜台给我的房卡update 了一晚，结果！！只做了1个房卡，另一个没弄好，我晚上出房间去外面倒水喝，结果拿到了不能用的房卡！！我没带手机，柜台下班，我只好敲门请其他房客帮忙，结果他们跟本没人接听！后来我运气好找到一个master card才开好门，服务太差了，再也不会订了！

卫生：普通，不脏，但也没到一尘不染。服务：前台很友善，会预先联系你，但前台并非24小时，最好先通知酒店到达时间。设施：没有电梯，要注意如果员工不在得自己搬行李。位置优越
