I found the location was a bit far, about 10-15 mins from the main area and there was a limit on how far a taxi can go. It's a few mins on cobblestone to walk up to the hotel. The facade is beautiful with the stone work but the basic room felt very tight for the amount we paid. The shower was extremely small. The rooms are not very soundproof too. It felt like they cramped a lot of rooms on each side of the floor.

这是个非常美丽的酒店，古老又现代，早餐相当丰盛，服务和菜品都一流，离市中心也很近，走路十分钟内，强烈推荐大家去住。

房间双人床很大很大，早餐种类丰富水果好吃。酒店服务态度很好，由于我们第三天去赶早班飞机，酒店特地准备了一份贴心早餐，包括麪包、水果、饮料和矿泉水，太贴心了。唯一的不足，就是酒店在小巷里麪，一般出租车不愿意进去，入住时需要提着行李走一段碎石路。瑕不掩瑜，总体感觉非常好，是此次行程最好的酒店。

住过很多酒店，不乏高档五星，这里的软服务仍旧令人印象深刻， 第一次摸到酒店门口的时候是走错了路爬山上来，疲敝至极，门一打开，立刻有服务生上前助推行李，引座以及咖啡招待，不得不説温暖极了.
房间的阳台除了面向一堵墙之外，其他真的超级优秀！早餐的伊比利亚火腿、可颂，蛋挞，酸奶，晚餐的玛格丽特pizza、热可可，都属上乘，是我此行非常满意的一站！
民宿的里程碑在于除了硬件与时俱进，软服务更是加分项中必不可少的一环， 波尔图很美，巷子深处的酒店更是值得探寻！

Breakfast offering varieties and very good quality food.
A little bit far from attractions considering the slopes in Porto.

The property is exquisite. A former castle with all the charm still remaining. The rooms are beautiful and there are serval floor plans. Very clean, hotel bed is fabulous and comfortable. There is NO ONSITE PARKING. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Tucked away about the bustling streets with a wonderful large rooftop with stunning views.

Receptionist greet with a friendly smile and told me that the room is ready, a very nice staff escort me to the room and introduce the rooftop bar and explained clearly how to use the elevator. The room is spotless clean and give you a tranquil feeling which is exactly what I need after a long fight. TY e shower is so good and modern, strong enough water flow.
The buffet breakfast is superb with different kinds of bread, cereal, home made yogurt, smoked salmon, scramble eggs, tomatoes, little sausages, potato harsh brown, many kinds of cold cuts and cheese, greens, etc.
the bar food is good as well!
