Favolosa struttura situata nel centro storico di Perugia, vicina alla fermata Pincetto del minimetro. Check-in autonomo tramite codici ricevuti su whatsapp insieme ad un utile video (procedura facile e immediata). Poche camere dislocate tra piano terra e primo piano, ambienti intimi e ricercati perfetti per una coppia, muri in pietra, travi in vista, arredi non banali, luci ben studiate, ambientazione medievale piena di fascino. Tutto pulito e profumato. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, silenziosa, esteticamente molto bella e il bagno con grande doccia in muratura non era da meno. Frigobar gratuito, grande tv, finestra, armadi, cassaforte, riscaldamento/aria condizionata regolabili. Colazione con prodotti freschi e di qualità servita da personale professionale e attento in una bella sala adiacente alla reception (la sera precedente si compila un modulo dove si sceglie l’orario e cosa mangiare tra le varie proposte dolci e salate). Rapporto qualità/prezzo perfetto. In conclusione Times Suites è una vera e propria chicca da consigliare a chiunque appena si torna dal viaggio e, perché no, da pensare anche a come ritornarci!!

Struttura molto curata situata in ottima posizione nel centro di Perugia, comoda da raggiungere a piedi dai principali parcheggi. Personale attento, accogliente e premuroso. Camera Suite Sant'Ercolano confortevole e di ampia metratura, ben arredata. Colazione da prenotare la sera precedente, di buona qualità. Non critiche solo consigli : materasso eccessivamente duro, rigido tanto da costringermi a trasferirmi sul divano in piena notte. Nonostante buona climatizzazione degli ambienti, il letto era fornito solo di una trapunta leggera che nel cuore della notte risultava insufficiente. Totale assenza di portasciugamani nel bagno.

Excellent boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms are new and well designed. Of note, there isn’t a 24h reception and the video sent to us of how to check in out of hours had the wrong access code so we had to call the emergency number to access the hotel, with another couple similarly caught out at the same time as us; other than that the stay was delightful.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo b&b per un paio di notti. Camera spaziosa come anche il bagno. Posizione comoda per girare il centro di Perugia a piedi. Parcheggi pubblici non troppo distanti dalla struttura (a pagamento). Check in automatizzato ben spiegato. Ottima la qualità dei prodotti della colazione. Forse solo alcuni dettagli sarebbero da curare un pochino di più.

Looked amazing on the photos but not as nice in reality, check in was a bit of a pain having to call and wait for staff to turn up from a different hotel. Room was new but lots of corners cut. Breakfast was great and barman and staff at breakfast were really nice,

We are sorry to hear that you some difficulties with the check in, however, we would like to take this moment to explain better, also for other guests, how the process works. Since we are not an hotel, but just a guesthouse, we do not have personnel available phisically 24/7, just only via phone we are reachable at all times. The check-in starts at 3pm, beforehand it is possible to leave the luggage, and we can come upon phone call if necessary. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit. L'hotel est idéalement situé pour accéder au centre historique de la ville. : on y est en 3-4 minutes en montant les escaliers de Sant'Ercolano. L’h?tel est top : déco moderne et style très récent dans un batiment ancien. Les formalités d'accueil sont dématérialisées. Service gratuit de lockers pour stocker ses bagages : c'est bien pratique ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Rapport Qualité / prix top

This Boutique hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Perugia. Its close to the mini metro which takes you too the main train station which made it easy for us to make day trips from hotel. The rooms were large and nicely decorated and the staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast provided us with good coffee and a good selection of sweet pastries and other items. Walking distance from the hotel were some great restaurants for dinner and one of the best gelati shops I came across in Italy was right around the corner from this hotel. Times suites is a lovely boutique hotel and the only negative for me was the bed was way too hard which I found uncomfortable. I did notice other reviewers have also mentioned they found the bed to hard. Other than the problem with the bed Times suites provided the perfect stay for visiting Perugia.

Beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Lots of attention to detail, excellent breakfast and bar and very reasonably priced for the quality of stay. Service was personal, friendly and unobtrusive. A lovely hotel befitting a lovely city. I would definitely return here

Hosts were very helpful, stayed in touch and provided information regarding best way to get to the property - they were also extremely helpful providing restaurant tips. Hotel is definitely boutique. Rooms are large and beautifully appointed. Property is conveniently situated close to the centre of the old town. Small classy bar and breakfast rooms. We were very happy with our stay.

Weekend fantastico. A pochi passi dal centro e anche dal parcheggio a pagamento, questo b&b ha tutto. Camere fantastiche come in foto, l unica pecca è il materasso (un po' troppo rigido) , ma tutto sommato è stato indimenticabile. Personale gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Colazione molto abbondante e cappuccini favolosi. Ci torneremo sicuramente. A presto!
