I am 88 years old, live in London - travelled alone - loved my 5 nights in Negombo. Excellent location - directly on the beach - 50 metres from waterside restaurant for good food and to view sunset - main street, restaurants and shops a few steps away The apartments are on a cool breezy corner with the sound of the sea - Owned onsite by very friendly welcoming family, ask if you want anything - Spotless, comfortable room and bathroom - Very secure house and apartments

the position of the house is unbeatable. for this is reciving the stars. right on the beach near the beach restaurants. The couple who owns the house also they are trying to do the best, but they have to rehabilitate the place especially the bathroom. And pay attention that AC is 3 USD extra per day

Lovely location on the beach and near all the shops and restaurants of Negombo Kudapaduwa . The Room was at 3000 LKR for 1 Person and was very clean and bed comfortable. Stefan and Assunta smile all the time but She is always talking about money money money. She was not happy because I didn't eat breakfast or any other meal there. She said next year she wants to charge 10.000 LKR for the single room. When I left it was very embarassing because She wanted to clean the room because people that booked were arriving at 10 and She has taken my bags and put it out of the Room ?? I was sitting out waiting for the Tuk Tuk to go to the Airport when at 10:30 No people showed up an English gentleman walked in asking for prices and if a room was available and Guess what ? ??? She showed the room I was in saying that was available for 5000 LKR per night and the gentleman walked away. Another solo travellers arrived and asked the price She said same thing and asked him to sit down in the courtyard were I was watching the whole show ??? He said that he would come back because he had to cash some Rupiees but She was worryed to lose him too so She asked for money for the Room otherwise She would have given to someone else??? all this under my eyes after She had told me that She was waiting for people that booked and they were arriving at 10?? This could be a very nice Place tò stay for few days but Unfortunately the craving for money of this Lady is so embarassing and annoying beyond words ??
