I really like this Premier Inn - it feels very new and fresh, is quietly but centrally located and I particularly like the new Premium rooms which are excellent value for money. As always the bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the larger room and enhanced facilities - a coffee machine with pods and nice products in the bathroom. The staff are lovely and really helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Stopped here for 1 night, room 303,Friday 5th December, as we were going to a concert that was on that evening. We checked in for our Premier plus room, dropped our bags and went out to get some food and drinks before going to the concert. When we got back after way after midnight, upon proper looking at the room, we found numerous issues with the room, mould in the bathroom, chipped walls and doors, stained marks all over the walls, yellow stained spare cushions which looked disgusting , and a bed that has certainly seen better days, not what you would expect from a Premier plus room . As it was past 1.30am, we went to bed and reported the issues the next morning, to which we both had back issues because of the sub standard bed. We reported this to the reception, who told me to report it to guest relations, who have only just replied nearly 4 weeks later to say they've had no response from the hotel of any issues, and will not be taking this any further. Still having ongoing emails regarding this, which basically makes me feel like they think we're making this up. Have stopped at this hotel on 9 occasions since it opened in 2022, and never had any issues before, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1, but service this time will make me to consider stopping elsewhere when I am in Milton Keynes in the future.

It was close to where we needed to be. Right near tge lake which you can walk around. Hotel very large. Car park can get busy make sure you go in and get your car park code or you will pay more for parking. You can get your breakfast right next door in brewers fayre with evening meal they do take blue light cards too from app

Lovely hotel, everything clean, staff are friendly. Just difficult to find in the dark and pouring rain. A tip for anyone visiting, its the second roundabout, not the first one that shows a bed sign!!

Have been to this Premier Inn several times. The staff friendly, helpful and the rooms are clean. The location is good and near to central Milton Keynes for shopping etc. The only good thing that the Brewers Fayre are good at is the breakfast which is good, plenty of choice and staff polite, different to when we went in for a drink when the Manager was rude and more interested in putting up Christmas decorations. We had eaten there on a previous visit but not again, we took a short walk around the lake to The Lakeside pub and Brewers Fayre could learn somethings from them. This is a shame that Brewers Fayre lets down Premier Inn as the staff in the hotel work hard to make people feel at home. Will back to this Premier Inn - keep up your great work.

Beautiful place large premier plus rooms well equipped. Amazing breakfast .very Helpful staff. Near the willen lake superb view. Place for all the family to enjoy ??????

Good things: - Clean - Comfy bed - Not too expensive - Sweets left for my 9 year-old was a nice touch. Bad things: - Paying for parking takes the mickey to start with, and now the discount for Premier Inn customers has been reduced. I think I paid around ￡7.40. It's a hotel, not a train station - Only two towels left for three of us - Room is ventilated, but windows don't open at all. I don't like this. - Breakfast at the Brewer's Fayre next door is good, but on Sunday morning it is insanely busy. You will likely need to queue before being seated.

Great value for money in a lovely location. Really enjoyed the stay and have to say this is great value for money. Convenient EV chargers on site too.

For a weekend away PI meets our family needs and remains our go-to budget hotel of choice. There are several PI's in Milton Keynes, though not all had vacancies. The other criteria I set is to have on-site parking (check - Though not free, was about ￡8 per 24 hours via an app/machine; air-conditioning - check, my wife likes a cool night's sleep; on-site restaurant - check, nicely laid out and up to PI's usual good standard. We included the buffet full-English for our stay, which was great and plentiful). The lake is accessible to walk around and a children's play area also close by. Willen Lake PI is obviously well used, though very clean with comfortable amenities. The staff are efficient, were always available and friendly.

We usually stay at this Premier Inn 5 or 6 times a year, for 2 or 3 nights each time. Parking has always been chargeable and we never had an issue with this. For non guests parking was ￡24 for 24 hours but guests got discounted rate of ￡3.96 for 24 hours. Now the non guest parking is still ￡24 for 24 hours but the discounted rate is ￡7.90 for 24 hours, which is almost double!!!! This makes the parking very expensive over 3 nights and has put us off staying again (unfortunately we already are booked for 2 months time) We always ask for the same room and book premium plus room. The room, especially the bathroom is looking a bit tired. Dried soap or toothpaste on the bathroom wall (I cleaned it with water and toilet roll), chipped paint, brown grout in shower We will be looking for somewhere that has free or reasonably priced parking from now on and will not return
