B&B Torrebianca is located in a historical building in which in 1797 Napoleon Bonaparte stayed during his visit in Triest. The exact information you can get from the book available at the reception. When you arrive you can shortly park your car on the left side of the street (one way street) and look for huge doors to this building. Loud-speaking system is on the left side. Be assertive as you can really doubt if the GPS system has guided you to a proper place. The apartment located on the 2nd floor is accessible by the elevator. The room which we had was very large, with convenient sofa, clean bathroom. The windows are into the courtyard so in the evening it is quite inside while it is quite noisy on the Triest streets. The location is great – just 50m from the main Triest square – Plaza of Unity. Finding a parking in Italy city is always a challenge, but in the evening several places marked with blue line (for tourists) were available. The hosts was extremely friendly and gave us several good suggestions re sightseeing of Triest. In case I arrive Triest once again I would prefer to stay in this location once again ??

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo b&b ad un osso da pizza unita d Italia. Vicino al parcheggio a pagamento di San Giusto. In un antico palazzo ha 2 stanze. La nostra stanza veramente enorme e pulita. C è la possibilità di fare colazione preparata da Stefano il propietario che è disponibile per consigli sulla visita alla città e a luoghi limitrofi e che vi potrà consigliare anche dove pranzare o cenare. Addirittura a noi ha prenotato i ristoranti. In posizione veramente splendida.

I loved my stay at Torrebianca. The host was brilliant and always available if needed. The dual apartment foyer provides for maps, tourism information and other interesting things. The breakfast room was lovely, and my host went out of his way to make sure there was more than enough to eat. The room was comfortable. My room had an external bathroom (no ensuite) but I knew that when I booked it. The other room has an ensuite. It was not a problem for me. There were other guests, but I never saw them other than at breakfast. The location was absolutely brilliant in the little street behind the main piazza. I was there for a couple of days before getting on a cruise. The cruise ship port is 5 minutes walk. Everything is easy to get to from the Torrebianca.

A pochi passi da Piazza dell’Unita il B&b gestito da Stefano si è rivelato il posto migliore dove potessimo soggiornare a Trieste! Stanza molto ampia, pulita e silenziosa, buona colazione ma soprattutto l’ospitalità cordiale di un gentilissimo padrone di casa che ci ha dato mille dritte utili sulla città e ci accolti come vecchi amici. La vicinanza al quartiere Cavana, caratteristico e pieno di locali permette di viversi Trieste al meglio. Grande parcheggio convenzionato a 300 mt dalla struttura e prezzi onestissimi. Torneremo volentieri!
