Wonderful location. Great staff. Amenities were top notch. JRDN restaurant excellent too. Best spot on a Mission Beach by far. Will stay again.

Everything was wonderful! The staff always friendly and professional, the place was decked out in Halloween decorations and the location offers amazing views and a great restaurant downstairs!

the room was in good condition Restaurant doesn't open till 9 am. Some front desk staff were nice but unhelpful, others very good. Power was turned off from 10 pm to 6 am by power company which was annoying

Beautiful unobstructive view of the ocean. The restaurant and bar are top-notch. The rooms are clean and well appointed.

The hotel itself is very pretty — the staff was genuinely kind and the beach access couldn’t be more convenient. It really does have that relaxing, vacation vibe at first glance.
That said, the room itself was… not it for the price. The A/C unit was so loud that it vibrated the entire room, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The shower was tiny and barely had any hot water, which isn’t exactly what you want after a long beach day. We also reserved an oceanfront room but got partial view, which was a bit of a letdown considering the cost.
On the plus side, the bed was super comfy — honestly the highlight of the stay. But for $300+ a night, I expected a smoother, more comfortable experience overall. Pretty hotel, great staff, but the room quality just doesn’t match the price.

We stayed for two nights. The staff tried to help with a problematic issue we've had, again and again. When they couldn't solve it we were issued a compensation we've never imagined to receive.
This is exactly how a hotel should take care of its customers!.

They had a bottle of wine delivered on our first day! All the staff are so kind/polite/helpful.

Very relaxing and super comfortable beds. Deck area perfect and super clean.
Just need Nespresso machines in room or coffee in the lobby. Love The Point crepe shop up the block.
