Not the worst I've stayed in pleasant staff room was very clean the complex was a little run down in certain areas as for location brilliant on the beach when I read some reviews I expected the worst but pleasantly surprised when we got here

Staff were lovely very welcoming from the very start and every morning. hotel was beyond my expectations was very pleased. For sure would come back.

Upon arrival, we were toured the complex by Billy who set out his strict rules as to what he expected with his demeaning flash light. He showed us to our rooms which were on another complex completely, walking past another hotel to even reach them. Our rooms were situated above the 42nd street club. This was fine since we were there for the night life, however being directly above one isn't exactly what we expected. The rooms were clean and had a narrow but long balcony. The showers were questionable. In order to get warm water, you had to turn the taps on to cold, and one of our showers had no glass wall. AC is paid for, and one rooms worked well whereas the other didn't. The pool and bar area have changed from the love holidays pictures but still great. With easy access to the beach there is various places to sunbathe or lounge. I see people complain about the noise, however it seems self explanatory that Kavos isn't exactly a relaxing getaway holiday. This complex is truly a you get what you pay for so don't expect luxury.

We are in a complex off the main building and it's a croc of s##t, to say its basic would be an understatement. The shower you have to hold above your head with one hand while you wash with the other. There is no wardrobe to hang your clothes, just a rail . Air-conditioning is available at €7 a night.its location is spot on but that's about the only good thing about are stay

Hotel was nice, facilities were nice. Bar was chill. But for some reason a bloke called Billy roams the grounds at night shouting at guests. Did not meet a single person that liked him. Shouted at me for being to loud once, I hadn’t said a word. He was on an ultimate power trip. Otherwise a good hotel and would reccomend

Terrible, the toilet door wouldn’t shut, paid €7 for aircon that didn’t work, shower only gave out cold water, toilet leaked, WiFi on 3rd floor is poor, staff members weren’t really that helpful, our room smelt from the drain in the bathroom, no shower curtain, only one roll of toilet roll, the hotel didn’t look how the photos looked on the love holidays. There was no consideration for other guests when it come to going to sleep. We was supposed to get a double room as we are a couple and was given three single beds, so then give you the wrong rooms.

After reading all the bad reviews I was dreading our girls holiday. I have to say we had the most amazing holiday. The staff are lovely, we sat on an evening having conversations with the lovely Billy. The only minor thing I can complain about is the small bathroom but other than that I have no complaints. The view from the hotel is stunning, the people are so welcoming and friendly. The sunbeds are comfortable (i fell asleep on them more than once haha) . If we asked for more towels we got given them, anything we needed the staff were more than helpful. They're so laid back and I'm already missing everyone and everything about the place. I can't wait to book to go back. It was a girls trip to remember ????

We have already booked and paid our deposit to return next year. We absolutely loved it! Staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Any problems, solved straight away. Lovely continental breakfast, delicious and just right. Great coffee. Hotel slightly dilapidated and could do with some TLC in parts, especially the decking areas which were slightly unsafe however, this didn't spoil our enjoyment. Beautiful views from the pool and right on the beach. WiFi was a bit rubbish and intermittent which was really annoying and our only real complaint tbh. Would love this to be improved for next year. Kavos is a party place and the hotel is right next to Futures Night Club, so if you don't like rave music, don't go! Our room had excellent AC and double glazing so even though we enjoyed listening to the music at night, we could still get a good night's sleep. The saddest thing was seeing all the young people ballooning on nitrous oxide, falling around with giant canisters. I wish the Greek government would crack down on this as it's awful to see it being done so openly and the canisters being discarded everywhere! Loads of great places to eat and drink. Looking forward to visiting again next year.
