Trafalgar Towers was built in the early 80s on the edge of the Maroochy river, the 60 or so units (4 to a floor) are all individually owned, the place is in tip top condition. Units are spacious and very clean, beds are comfortable, shower is hot. Location is good, there is a heap of eateries a little further south on Duporth Ave, there is an enormous shopping centre 500m away and a convenience store just around the corner. This is probably the best value place I’ve stayed in on the Sunshine Coast.
