We went to Nihn Bihn for the beautiful nature in mind. Trang An did not disappoint. Trang An Memory Homestay is removed from Tam Coc (20 minutes via motorbike) but is central to the main attractions in the Nihn Bihn area. If you do decide to stay here, you will need to use a motorcycle to visit the attractions in the area, or at the very least a bicycle. Even though possible, it is difficult for cars to reach the homestay due to the quality of the dirt roads, and it is not quite walking distance from the temples and rivers. Luckily, our host happily rented both bicycles and scooters (motorbikes). We opted for the bikes. We did get a grab (a car via an Uber-like system) to get to and from the bus with our luggage. The room was very clean. We booked a three-person place for two people (due to lack of availability). However, the extra space was very appreciated and the price was affordable. We also had a couple of meals at the homestay. The variety of possible meals was excellent and the food was lovely. There was also a pool, which we did not use, but could be very nice when it gets hot. Our host could not speak English, but Google Translate was effective, so we never had a miscommunication. From our side, this is a 'would recommend' homestay.

Awesome place - great hosts and amazing location so close to everything. Really laid back and relaxing stay - with all the activities of ninh binh so Close by - The loveliest people are your hosts …..get their if you can!
