The staff at this property was amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience with customer service- specifically the front desk woman made our entire trip better!

Vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame receptionistes. Bagage kan achtergelaten worden bij vroegere aankomst. Hotel voorziet een parkeerkaart aan 17€/nacht. De parking is op 2min wandelafstand van het hotel en zeer dicht bij de 'altstadt'. Ruime kamer. Goede bedden. Badkamer is smal, maar prima. Goede douche. Er zijn 2 flesjes bruiswater aanwezig. Het ontbijtbuffet is gevarieerd, zeer verzorgd en zeer lekker. Het wordt ook aangevuld. De ontbijtruimte is zeer netjes. Isolatie is een minpunt : Onze kamer bevond zich aan de achterkant op het eerste verdiep. Je hoort de ventilatie toch wel met gesloten raam. Je hoort ook de stappen van iemand die op de gang voorbijkomt. Het toilet op de gang bevond zich naast onze kamer. We hoorden bij elk toiletbezoek de automatische papierrolhouder.

Kleines Trauerspiel, erst soll man ein kleines Dachkinderzimmer als Doppelzimmer beziehen, dann gibt es am Morgen nur kalte Duschen. Der Duschseifenspender leider leer, zweites Duvet und Kissen nur au Anfrage. Anstatt proaktiv die Kundschaft zu informieren, darf man dann mit einer E-Mail nach einer Preisreduktion anfragen als Kundenfreundlich jedem Gast eine Preisminderung anzubieten. Bilder der Zimmer stammen wohl aus einem anderen Haus, auf jeden Fall war das unsere nicht einmal halb so gross. Einmal und nie wieder, zum Glück gibt es für kommende Besuche im Koblenz andere Alternativen, und wenn noch nicht gebucht, meine Empfehlung, schaut weiter!

Ein unm?gliches kleines Doppelzimmer haben wir bekommen, was wir so nicht gebucht h?tten. Nirgends sieht man dieses Zimmer nur gro?e moderne egal auf welchem Buchungsportal. Wir h?tten anrufen sollen für ein anderes Zimmer war die Antwort an der Rezeption. Unm?glich sowas dem Gast anzubieten, wo man sich dauernd st??t und nicht sich normal bewegen kann. Das ist eine Abstellkammer gewesen im 3. Stock und Fenster so klein und nass. Wir haben gefroren Bettdecke zu dünn es zieht überall egal ob im Flur oder im Frühstücksraum. An diesem Wochenende war es sehr kalt gewesen in Koblenz minus 4 Grad da merkt man das das Hotel alt ist. Im Bad keine Heizung und dahin rauf mit Stufen.Man kann direkt sich aufs Bett fallen lassen ob vom Bad oder der Zimmertür. Wir hatten uns auf ein sch?nes Wochenende in Koblenz gefreut. Sind sehr entt?uscht worden. Frühstück war lecker mehr auch nicht. Nein nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel es war einfach eine Frechheit dieses Zimmer für 2 G?ste anzubieten

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. It was two blocks away. The place to drop the card when leaving was at the top of the ramp when leaving the parking garage. There was construction going on near the Hotel. Breakfast was included and very good. Wacht am Rhein was a nice restaurant along the river with nice detailing inside and the sky glide cable cars to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress gave beautiful views of Koblenz far below.

A lovely hotel in the old town of Koblenz with a 5 minute walk to the Rhein. Absolute highlight is the breakfast - Euro 10,00 if not included in the price - which is a superb buffet with excellent profesional service. Rooms totally adequate for a city visit and in our room a shower with the most power water pressure I have experienced in a very long time. Hotel recently bought by a group of young men, 1 of which is from Hamburg and was on reception, with a professional friendly service equal to any top far more expesnive hotel. P.S. The image is not the entrance to the hotel but rather a restaurant on the ground floor, although the upper windows do belong to the hotel ... dont let that influence you though as the hotel is worth staying in and I mention it just so you dont also get a shock.
