Hot tubs weren't open but pool was and it was very nice. Breakfast is sufficient. Front desk staff nice. Good value.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. It was really hard and I barely got any sleep but this may be a personal preference. Don’t expect anything too much.

We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins Walking distance to the old town & about 13 to the slopes. Or there is a regular shuttle bus there and back. Overall good value for money.

Trinity is in a great position on the edge of the old town, Pirin St. is just around the corner and all the best restaurants are an easy walk in the evenings. This is the third time we have stayed in Trinity and we really like the place. The pool is huge and there's an outside sun deck. The room was huge with a great view over the town from its three windows, it included tables, a settee and a fridge which was great. Kettle supplied on request by the staff who were very helpful. We were bed and breakfast only and the breakfasts varied between buffet and individual because sometimes we were the only guests over the nine days. In summary this is an excellent value for a stay if you want a prime location, a nice room and a quiet night's sleep in the old town.

Отличный персонал! Нас первоначально заселили не в тот номер, который мы бронировали (у нас должен был быть балкон). Мы поняли ошибку не сразу, но когда написали администратору, он сам через пару минут пришел в номере и отдал нам ключ от нового номера.

I stayed there 4 days with my family. Location was very good in the cener. Spa old with mo rinovation and cold. There were no towels for spa and when i asked they barely brought that to me and said the loundary didnt came that day. The staff not very friendly.

Everything in this hotel is too old.The hotel smells!!!The breakfast and thw dinner weren't good with no many choices.The swimming pool and the spa are winderful but without any renovation for many years!!!
