I booked this particular room because it had two beds but when I arrived it was one full bed. So I had to share a bed with my friend. Apparently according to the front desk it
The bed separates and that part is up to the guest to do. If I was able to separate it, then one bed would be without sheets and the other bed would have oversized sheets.. just be aware of this if you see it online when booking.
The bathroom floors are marble so be careful when getting out the shower very slippery!
The breakfast was prices at $15 one day and $19 the next. Free coffee one day and not the next. Seemed like we were being scammed or nickel and dime depending on who was working!
The walls are very thin, heard a lady crying in the next room. Loud noises I believe from the toilets flushing it woke me up in the middle of the night!
I wouldn’t book again!
Top hotel. We zitten er elke week en de Marokkaanse dame achter de receptie is aardig, recht voor z’n raap en helpt ons Yasmin en JP altijd keurig. Ik kom er terug totdat wij ons huis krijgen opgeleverd! Tot snel weer.
Il y avait des punaises de lits, ils nous on dis qu’ils allaient nous faire un geste commercial et depuis qu’on est rentrée ils sont injoignables, on a du passer par une plateforme pour les avoir et même après ?a ils disent qu’ils refusent de nous rembourser. Le premier jour où on est arrivé, on a d? les voir plusieurs fois car il y avais pas de chauffage dans notre chambre
The hotel is not really what you spect. You’ll know what I mean when you get there. But it does the job.

Such a great hotel ! Really good connection to central Amsterdam . Either a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute train ( station is 2 stops on tram ) The service from all of the staff were fantastic ! I have stayed in many 5* hotels and was very worried looking at the reviews but honestly I had such a fab time . The rooms are very spacious and bed was very comfortable ! I was greeted my reception staff Nahid ( apologies if incorrect name ) - It’s the pretty Moroccan girl with the curly hair . SHE WAS INCREDIBLE! . She made me feel very safe and comfortable. Trust me you have nothing to worry about . YOU ARE IN SAFE HANDS . This lovely hotel deserves better reviews than it currently does . I plan to visit Amsterdam next week and I’m hoping to stay here again ??
One of the very few places with Good costumer service!! ?? The room we were located at first was really bad and humid without the air working but the kind manager solved it out and changed us to a better room . There’s a bistro across the street that’s delicious also
