Man on desk polite. Surprised when told our room was in another building, next to hotel. Freezing cold initially as heater just coming warm. Strange smell in the room, however clean sheets and fresh towels available. Room needs painting as lots of marks everywhere. Tea and coffee avaiable in the room. Very basic room, probably right for the money we paid. Would not stay again

How dare he ask me for a good review? (When I checked out, I forgot my water bottle in the room. When I went back to get it, the hotel owner told me there were no good reviews and no water bottles. I was initially surprised, then awkwardly laughed and took out my phone to leave him a good review. His ********* behavior really embarrassed me, as I haven't encountered such a ********* person in a long time.) He should use that time to properly clean your room. A good review? He asked me for a good review with his water bottle? I'm giving you a good review now, I hope you're satisfied. The moment I entered the hotel, I regretted booking it. A strong smell of urine hit me as soon as I walked in, and the room had a strange odor. Despite repeatedly communicating with the hotel and saying many nice things, they wouldn't allow us to cancel our reservation for the second night. 还有脸跟我要好评？（退房的时候我的水杯忘记在房间，然后我回去取水杯的时候，酒店老板跟我说没有好评，没有水杯，我当时听到他说的话先是有点惊讶，之后我尴尬的笑了拿出手机给他好评，他的无耻行为让我真的很尴尬，因为很久没有在社会上遇到这么不要脸的人）有那个时间好好清洗你的房间吧，还好评，拿水杯要求我给你好评，我现在给你好评了，希望你能满意。当进入酒店那一刻我就后悔预订了这间酒店，一进去真的是一股尿骚的味道扑面而来，房间也有一股怪味，再三跟酒店沟通说了很多好话都不允许我们取消第二晚的预订。

The Hotel was easy to locate and room was comfy.
Not properly cleaned to an excellent standard. No Rubbish Bin in the room, only 1 tiny one in the bathroom.
Heating was good. Lighting was great. No clothes hangers in the room .
Helpful Receptionist. WiFi could be better
Overall, could be much better.

Easy parking, seems secure with cameras up. Quiet area too.

Room was well equipped, although a bit odd in design (provided soap but no actual space to put soap on, so just left it lying in the sink). There were also some toothpaste marks on bathroom surfaces from previous guest, so cleanliness not the best, and the room in general was a little shabby but not offensive. Everything else seemed clean.
I was so tired that when I got into bed and realised it was just a blanket inside a duvet cover and not an actual duvet, I just made do...but it was a cold night. I should have gone to reception, as found out later that a duvet was stored under the bed. But they should have just put the duvet on the bed to save this issue!
The room had been heated before I arrived however, so some thoughtfulness by the staff - thank you!
Overall reasonable enough if you need a quiet place to rest your head, but just check you have enough bedding!

The room and bathroom were clean, the mug and kettle, coffee-tea-sugar and milk were prepared in a tray, even the room had a fan and heater which I didn't use , because weather was good but it was really good I saw them in the closet, I asked for iron and hair dryer, reception was a super nice gentleman who explained to me everything I needed. I stayed for one night, but I recommend strongly, better than Airbnb, no Airbnb with same or higher price accepted my request because I just wanted a night and all of them said you should at least book for 3nights! The other reason is I had my own shower and toilet. there is no need to share it with others,and lock the door. The doors had electronic locks, though, really safe and close to different bus stations. Thank you!

OK stay, room could benefit from re- decoration

Worked away most of my adult life. Stayed in some places that are what they are, at least theres an effort made to improve..but this place tops it. A shanty hotel at best. May once have been a lovely institution, but not now. Filth occupying every crevis and not only talking about the clientele. How this place has 3 starts and thinks its okay to have rooms open that have blood on the sheets and walls is beyond me. Had to buy my own bottles of febreeze to sort the smell of cigarettes in my room. Paid in full with no refund option which was a mistake.
