Not for adults,l unless with your children . Don’t have a problem with kids, but most of the facilities were swarmed with children, pool, jacuzzi, dining area. Restaurant manager was clearly too concerned about checking the footwear of residents in a kids free for all buffet, perhaps he should be more concerned about the occupants who had to board a coach for a three hour journey to the airport on departure at 6am without a bottle of water, let alone the snacks we were entitled to, appalling.
great price and easy access right next to the ski lifts (short walk) the breakfast is buffet and good quality omelette at request conference facility was just fine bar a bit small but cozy there is a ski rental shop with a discount for hotel guests
Great family oriented hotel right next to the main lifts up to the main ski area. The rooms are fairly basic but very comfortable and the food is very good. Lots of choice at the breakfast and evening buffets. Really friendly staff too throughout the hotel. We travelled here with Crystal Ski and that was seamless. A particular shout out to the Crystal rep Tudor who regularly checked in to make sure we were having a good time and even joined us for a full day of skiing. He really helped make the holiday fun.
Hemos estado de maravilla. Especial mención al personal, todos han sido encantadores. La comida exquisita, tanto las cenas como los desayunos, todo esta puesto con muchísimo cari?o y encanto. Gracias al pastelero por la tarta tan deliciosa que nos hizo para celebrar el cumple. Las chicas del spa simpatiquísimas, nos dimos un masaje duo y salimos encantados. Nos da mucha pena irnos pero sin duda alguna VOLVEREMOS!! Enhorabuena equipazo!! ????????
Es un Hotel fantástico, al lado de las pistas, súper conectado y cómodo de llegar. Lo que más nos gustó fue ALEXIA, una joya de mujer que hemos conocido, que hace de relaciones Públicas, siempre tiene tema de conversación, y el tiempo con ella se pasa rapidísimo. Tiene super buena actitud, y siempre está positiva. La mejor sin duda. Es maravilloso esquiar con ella por Baqueira , y no llevó al Pincho Pote. Todo un acierto, la comida buenísima!.
Très satisfait du séjour en demi-pension. Les 2 repas sont de grands buffets complétés par les grillades à la demande. On apprécie les nappes et les serviettes en tissu. Horaires 7:45 - 9:45 et 19:45 - 21:45. Feu dans la cheminée tous les jours dès la fin d'après-midi dans le grand salon. Inconvénient de notre chambre à 3 lits, le 3° lit dans une niche était d'une taille un peu juste. Petit plus à l'arrivée, le voiturier s'occupe de stationner votre véhicule dans le grand parking gratuit à proximité. L'h?tel est bien en face du télécabine comme on voit sur les photos, mais il y a quand même pour y accéder un dénivelé de 86 marches par les escaliers, un peu moins par les rampes inclinées.
Great location for the gondola. Extremely helpful & friendly staff at reception, bar restaurant spa/pool areas.
Hotel & rooms were spotless & well maintained.
Would definitely return.

Lovely staff, all very welcoming and accommodating. They were great with the children. Good food and plenty of selection. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. It was an all round lovely experience and great resort for beginners up to intermediate skiing. Will definitely come back again.
