Fine room and location, It’s right next to the bus station and close to metro.
However, my complaint is that the dinner was 25 euros but didn’t include alcohols.
The front desk was not patient. I lost my power adapter and ask if they would charge my phone for me, and they rejected right away without explaining. When I come back at the night another man In charge told me they couldn’t accept guest’s phone. They take 25€ deposit to lend an adapter, but only in cash.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with options for all tastes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This was the third time I stayed in Hotel Turia, and I would definitely stay there again.

Lobby and breakfast room looked new and clean. The room itself was different. Bathroom very small, toilet seat not even fully liftable so it leans on your back when sitting. Weird stains on the roof, not sure what it was. Water didn't heated uo very much. Only mildly warm. Breakfast fast simple but hand made coffee. Reception service people were very nice though. Was the cheapest room,.so maybe it was that. Location is great though. Very close to the promenade.

The room of the hotel is completely unpersonal. No windows, no paintings or elements of design. Absolutely depressing. Nobody was at the check out. Last night, we came back from dining and noone was at the reception desk, leaving the room keys box available for any thief possibilities. Shameful.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado.
O hotel esta muito bem localizado em Brindisi e sao muito atenciosos. Ficam com as malas caso chegue antecipadamente no hotel ou precise fazer check out e rodar a cidade. O quarto é bem limpo e organizado. Infelizmente nos corredores tem cheiro bem forte de cigarro, mas isso n?o chega aos quartos. O box do banheiro estava entupido, ent?o a agua demorava a escoar para fora, tendo que algumas vezes fechar o registro, deixar a agua baixar e ent?o retornar ao banho. O quarto n?o possuia janela, para nós n?o foi um problema, mas possivelmente para outras pessoas dê uma sensa??o claustrofóbica. No mais, o atendimento foi excelente, chamaram taxi para nós e nos trataram muito bem.

Un bon petit h?tel, très bien situé, avec un personnel très agréablepae contre, il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Pas de décoration non plus, donc sszz austère.
Une grande salle de bains, elle, avec fenêtre, mis qu'il ne valait mieux pas ouvrir, a cause de l'odeur. La raison sans doute pour laquelle des prises avec parfums d'ambiance étaient dans la chambre...
Pas de couette, couverture ou édredon en cas de froid la nuit, ce qui m'est arrivé.
Petit déjeuner simpliste.

We were in the new area. It didn’t seem finished. No wifi, wires hanging out of the wall. No blankets at all in the room, just 1 sheet on the bed.
