The room was very clean and the hotel was ideally placed for local shops and Earls Court tube. We could also walk to the museums in Kensington.
After a slightly frosty reception when we arrived a bit early, the staff very nice and arranged to get some oat milk as breakfast is not vegan friendly, but we had not requested this in advance, so unfair to expect differently.

I have stayed here a few times and I will stay there again. I like the staff, facilities and location.

Shower has some black mold on the walls and ceiling. Otherwise, a great stay and would stay there again!

A great hotel in the perfect location to go in and out of central London. First time staying in Earls Court and the area was lovely. Hotel was clean, rooms were really nice and staff were very polite. Overall was a great stay and would absolutely return and recommend.

This hotel should NOT be considered 4 stars, 3 stars maximum. It’s very outdated. The photos are not what we saw. The carpet was very old and dirty, the shower tiny and very difficult to open and close the glass door. There was only ONE outlet in the entire room (and none in the bathroom). The carpet wasn’t vacuumed any day, just towels were changed, not even the sink was cleaned. The bed sheets were changed only one time during 5 nights we were there. I guess the best thing about the room was an ok comfortable bed. They really need a renovation.
The location is good, close by metro station but there are other hotels nearby too. The ladies taking care of breakfast do a good job trying to keep it going, but I wouldn’t book this hotel again just because of the free breakfast. By the way, the windows of the window room of the breakfast are very dirty. The entire hotel needs more love. The receptionist of front desk that received us wasn’t very welcoming. When we checked out, we told her we would just leave our bags at the reception for a few minutes so we could go quickly to the pharmacy before returning, and she said it was ok. When we came back, we had to wait 20 minutes standing outside before she opened the hotel doors again so we could get our suitcases and head for the airport. She said she was on her “break”, but I never saw a receptionist having a break before and leaving the front desk unattended. So I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Room small, charming and welcoming and perfect for one or two. Bathroom clean and shower very good. All very comfortable as was the bed.
Continental breakfast more than adequate.
I would be happy to stay again.

de kamer was erg klein, instap in de douche zeer smal.
kopjes en glazen in de kamer werden niet echt afgewassen, alleen omgespoeld (heb ik persoonlijk gezien).
TV deed het niet goed, beperkt aanbod zenders.
Niet alle lampen (bijvoorbeeld bedlampjes) deden het.
Personeel verder vriendelijk.

Hotel in posizione molto comoda, vicino a una fermata della metro delle linee District e Piccadilly: zona animata da ristoranti (anche italiani), bar, pub, catene di fast food, un supermercato e una farmacia. Situato in una strada secondaria molto tranquilla. L'hotel è piccolo, le camere non sono tutte accessibili, ma richiedono una rampa di scale (come anche l'ingresso). La mia camera (una doppia con due letti singoli affiancati) affacciava sul cortile interno, con bagno in ambiente separato. Rumore dall'esterno assente, ma le camere non sono insonorizzate perciò, specialmente in bagno, sembrava di essere in camera coi vicini. Mancavano le pantofole di cortesia. La pulizia del bagno poteva essere migliorata. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia era normale. Il personale addetto alla colazione e alle camere è gentile e disponibile, quello addetto alla reception è invisibile e per me non è un difetto. Il check in può essere fatto in autonomia, anche di notte, attraverso un chiosco informatico all'esterno della struttura che eroga la scheda della camera (che serve anche per accedere alla lobby), previo inserimento dei dati della prenotazione e pagamento anticipato dell'intero soggiorno. La colazione continentale è discreta ma cara.
Mi sento di consigliarlo per la posizione, per la silenziosità, per la discrezione. Probabilmente non includerei la colazione.
