In fact, our team informed you that you were welcome to stay longer if needed.Regarding your comments about amenities, our records show that the unit was stocked with sufficient utensils and toilet paper. Additionally, all of our guests can request more supplies through our available communication channels at any time during their stay.We also noticed the contrast between the low rating and your positive remarks about various aspects of your experience.
