6回目のゴールドコースト滞在で今までで1番いいコンドミニアムでした。部屋も広く清洁でシャワーの水圧も强くバスタブにお汤を贮めることもできました。プールエリアが少し远いですがジャグジーは冬でもとても暖かく10分くらい入ってると汗が出てくるので露天风吕気分でした。フロントの方は英语が上手く话せない私に亲身になってくれ午前中に部屋にも入れるようにしてくれました。次もここに泊まりたいとおもいます。

My family and I had an amazing time. Our room was perfect with a lovely view of the beach. Soft beds and clean bathrooms. Great kitchen and utensils. We loved the gym and outdoor spa and pool. We stayed across the road from Pacific Fair which was very convenient. We would certainly come back. Thank you for the memories.

This property was not reflective of the advertised photos. In fact, as a far as I can tell, there was only one photo from the apartment used. The apartment was in a poor state with a decent amount of maintenance required. Stains on carpets, chipped walls, dirty toaster/appliances. Can only assume the high rating is for the location, which was ideal. The management of the building didn’t want to hear from us and am still waiting for …”the manager will give you a call when they are in”. We were on the 11th floor and they are building a new apartment building directly in front of Ultra. When we booked we were assured we would have an apartment on floors 20-30. This was a blatant lie. Any view less than 20 floors won’t have a direct view to the beach when the current construction is completed.

Stayed for 3 nights. Was not advised upon check-in that renovations to the unit directly above us was happening. Woken at 7am the next morning to jackhammers directly above us - vibrating through our unit. Went on for hours. Called reception to ask how long it would continue for and ask why we weren't advised. (We were attending a wedding later that day and wanted a good rest the night before because we knew we would be having a late night). Reception advised they would credit us that night. Confirmed this with them at checkout. Days later called to enquire about refund only to be told they did not say that and that they wouldn't be putting it through - liars.

A great location and the amenities were awesome. Loved the pool and spa. Easily walkable to Oasis and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Only downside would be it’s really noisy at the moment with construction of a new apartment building next door. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ultra Broadbeach.

Location and facilities were great. Heated pool and great cafe 2min walk. The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable. We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment.
