今回、露天风吕付きのお部屋を探しており、海本さんにお世话になりました。 特别室ということもあり、お部屋がとても広く、お目当ての露天风吕はとても気持ちよく、山に囲まれているので红叶もとても绮丽でした。夜には星がとても绮丽で、久々に流れ星まで见ることができ、とても癒されました！ 食事の方は、オプションで伊势海老とステーキを追加したこともあり、とても豪华で美味しくいただき大満足です。 少々値段の割に、伊势海老のサイズが小さいとは思いましたが、美味しかったので问题なしです。 是非、また利用させていただきたいです。 この度はありがとうございました。

Traditional Japanese ryokan run by a lovely family. Very friendly and welcoming service. The owner speaks basic English and we’re able to communicate, his wife doesn’t speak English but tried to help, very pleasant and warm. We booked the room with an open bath, the room is exceptionally big with Japanese decorations. The decorations and facilities are detail-oriented, it was fun to explore the tiny surprises around the place. The price is absolutely worthy comparing to the other hotels in the central Hakone. The location is convenient enough for me and is good to avoid the crowd. Short walking distance to both the bus stop and railway station, then generally you can reach anywhere in Hakone. Thanks for making my Hakone experience memorable!
