Amazing staff! Awesome location and outstanding hospitality. I was travelling with a toddler who went ill during the trip but the staff was very courteous, helped alot. Providing food for little one at odd hour. Highy recommended. The location is just wow! Back drop of himalayas and river flowing besides the property. Will surely recommend for everyone!

Upani cottages are very spacious and luxury cottages, food was delicious,the owner mam was very welcoming and so friendly,bit far away from airport but the serene environment and clean cottages are so inviting,thank you,will definitely visit again

The best place we ever visited. Everything was just so so perfect. They have set such a high standard of hospitality for me that I guess no other place will be able to stand up to it. They make you feel "HOME". the food is freshly prepared upon your order, the kitchen is sparkling clean ***** with the entire property. They were always ready to accomodate all our special requests with such a warm and big smile. They made sure my entire family and my Lil daughter felt comfortable and homely during our entire stay and made every effort from small to big to ensure it. They made my daughter's birthday very special that we will always remember. Everyone is so so hardworking, polite and greets you with a beautiful warm smile every single time. The rooms had good electricity backup all the time, even they provided us with hot water when the power was cut off. This was the place where we all felt BAD of leaving as if we were checking out from our own home. The property is located at an extremely beautiful location with views of astonishing mountains and river flowing next to it. Its much more beautiful than the pictures, truly heaven in Kashmir. It's extremely difficult to find all in one hotels at a tourist destinations, we were glad we found Upani and it will be our all time fav and go to place everytime we will visit srinagar. Hope things remain the same everytime that we visit :)

The cottages were very spacious and well planned with very comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. They served us breakfast and dinner, which was substantial and tasty. Though little out of the city, itbis very quite and serene place with the calming sound of flowing river near by. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar.

I ***** with my friends recently visited the property As a person who has worked in the hospitality industry my expectations included a good property in the sense of cleanliness, good services and polite staff. Upani cottages fulfilled all my expectations. The property is a few months old and well maintained. The resort location and setup including cottage stay duly compliment and amplify once good experience in the valley. The staff was very polite and courteous. Bilal, Mohamad and Sajad(Chef) were my heroes. Keep it up guys. However , I felt that the resort has staff shortage overburdening the current staff in case of housefull scenario.

So many good things about the place. Great hospitality. Very clean and comfortable property. Nice food. Very green lush lawns. A new place, so a couple of things to improve or will be improved soon. Like - Little electricity problem, but backup is available though not everything is on backup. Little away from city, but very peaceful.

It’s home away from home ?? beautiful from the beginning of my stay. Dhina was an exceptional help ***** with the other staff. Beautiful gardens alongside a river, with regular river walks and a swim?? food was delicious. Please book, don’t hestitate

We had a great time at Upani Cottages. We stayed there for a total of 4 nights- with Srinagar being a base for our day trips. Upani cottages is a little away from the main part of Srinagar, but it wasn't inconvenient at all. The location was lovely- right by some mountains and a stream in front of it, which is accessible from the hotel. The cottage was very well-maintained and since Upani has recently opened, all the furnishings, etc were new. Mr. Amin the owner was very hospitable and offered us useful tips for our travels. Mr. Bilal, the manager of Upani was very efficient and kind and always smiling. The food was freshly made per our preference and tasted good. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and peaceful!
