We're sorry that our homestay doesn't met your requirement. As you may always enquire before you make a booking as we clearly stated that we're a homestay. as for the bathroom are as shown in photo . We're operating in a co-living manner which is affordable for everyone with a sharing kitchen and amenities including sharing kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. Cleaning service are available for free once a week if booked on a monthly basis. for short term stay we can provide cleaning service with minimal charge. You may always contact us if you wish to change for new towels. But we do not receive any request on it. We're truly sorry that we are below your expectation but rest assure we will make improvements to elevate our services.
