Room was clean, comfortable with all the conveniences. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff was always available and there was a quiet lounge with books and TV.

This was easily one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel is spotless from top to bottom. The location is quite central, which is great. However, be careful with the parking lots nearby as they close early. I managed to convince an attendant by leaving my keys and agreeing to pick up the car the next day. The hotel staff was incredibly polite and genuine. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

Staff was courteous but the TV in the room only worked for 5 min.every time you’d turn it on.,we found blond hair strands in the room after 2 days!

Overall, the best feature of the hotel is its perfect location. It’s within walking distance of the most significant sights in the central part of the city and is perfectly located near both the subway and the bus lines. It’s good value for the price, but the rooms may feel a bit small for some people — my Premium Double Room was even smaller than a standard European double room. There was barely 50 cm of space on either side of the bed.
I had to let the water run for a couple of minutes before it finally got warm. The room’s cleanliness could also be better — when I opened the under-bed compartment to get the warm duvet, I found it completely dirty, with hair and dust. The floor also felt a bit sticky from time to time. The bathroom, on the contrary, was perfectly clean.
Don’t spend your money on the breakfast. There are hardly any options and no hot dishes. There were only three types of cheese and two or three kinds of ham. For vegetables, there were only cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumbers. There were also just three types of fruit — oranges, grapes, and kiwi. Apart from that, they offered cereals, boiled eggs, some sweets, and low-quality bread.

The hotel rooms were modern and had everything we needed. Staff members were quite helpful with information. Only drawback was that the rooms are tiny. Very little space for opening luggage.

The staff were all amazing!!! The property is an excellent location for the Plaka district. 10 min walk to anywhere.

Wonderful staff, we were able to get an early check. Very close to Plaka, walkable to all major sites, wonderful dining options just steps away, great bakery up the street that packed things for us to take home. Keep in mind however that yes there is a lift but there are steps to get to it. If you have heavy bags there isn't any help to get to it and the lift is small. I wouldn't recomment for anyone requiring accessibility needs. I would stay again!

The staff were great. The location was perfect. Easy access to the main sites and good local restaurants and shops. The room had a few minor problems and required maintenance.

We spent in Athens one night only at this hotel. Location was very good in the Plaka area, it was our first time in the city. We loved the area, with lots of nice restaurants and shops around, safe and easy to walk back and forth to the . Also walking distance to Acropolis and all the major atractions. Check in was fast, bedding was very nice, at the room, bath robes, slippers and nice towels. Our room had a balcony right on the street, with a nice view. Personal at the front desk helpfull and very nice. We would definitely stay again.
