We got there and they said they didn’t have our booking, we waited around 30 minutes until they had seemed to magically find a room. The room had just been checked out of and had not been cleaned. They had straightened the bedsheets. Absolutely disgusting.

Sorry it will be a long review. Lets start with hotel in General First the hotel from outside is not bad we came and entered the lobby hoping to find the satisfaction we need to have a vacation, a rest, and find all the service in it as we were reserve the all inclusive package... I will not talk about the animation team 3 persons in all the activities in the hotel, They were trying their best to make children happy even if the same songs every evening .. But they were very friendly with our children. Its a middle budget hotel you cannot find all service you think you will find.. For examples first day we were staying in the pergola. no cleaner worker showed to keep the place clean.. You can find plastics cups, plastic bags. Papers and other things were in the floor. The tables wasnt clean enough. After 2 days the cleaners appeared (oops i mean the one cleaner that cleaned the lobby, pergola, scales,.. Etc) She was really exhaust herself with that.. The front office service all were very kind.. Special thanks to Ricardo he was very friendly flexible with clients specially after we had a problem with a misunderstanding situation we wanted to talk about and someone called Luca he is in the banquet department (a bald man wearing glasses) was very unprofessional and talked to us with a way that having a lack of communication... He dont have any customer service ethics and behave like we are his worker.. If he is a manager too so please take into consideration that he doesnt have any experience to be in the management, But Ricardo in the front office after our arguing with Luca and hi. he retalked to us again with very professionally and friendly.. He knows how to handle angry customer and know how to find a solution even if we refuse it or dont want ( all the problem were just they gave us an incomplete info about a service we wanted to tell them only that they need to give us full info because it wasnt written anywhere) Thank you Riccardo. We are happy knowing someone like you there Rooms are verrrry small. Can take only 2 prs and one kid. The toilette is also very small as well as the shower cabin. Not suitable for disabled persons. The room were clean thanks to the room service Nora (or lora) she is very hard worker bytheway i couldnt find the other girls all 5 days staying .. But only her and Even if she is very tired she was trying her best to make her work done.. The room size for 3 persons is very small specially if you have a toodler with you... Unfortunately the bed covers wasnt clean enough it has some yellow spots in it but it smelled like it was boiled in water more than having washing with soap in it.. (i didnt get upset cuz boiled means not bacterias) thats the most important. They dont have mini bar content like simply cups, tea or coffee inside the room or even any bottle of waters The safe didnt work. we asked them to fix it. And they did. but still not working.. The sound of the AC fan inside the ventilation pipes (air pipes) ne

Great support of free water, free coffee, but very noisy due to parties right next to the rooms. Could not fall asleep before 2 AM.
Everything else was top!

Отель с классным вайбом. Уютная терраса и зона рядом с отелем. Но сами номера оставляют желать лучшего. На фотографии комнаты выглядят гораздо лучше. Холодильника нет. Есть только одно очень маленькое зеркало - в туалете. Администратор - очень дружелюбный парень, по моей просьбе принес в номер стол и стул для работы, помог арендовать байк без залога, давал рекомендации по вечеринкам.

The location is great. Right next to the beach, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, modernly furnished, very clean and the view from the 6th floor is simply wonderful. Congratulations to the management! We will definitely be back.
